Good evening all.

Nice to see at least a bit of action today, and a few decent buys.

The MM's are playing a strange game though, with a 4 point spread.

Are they trying to deter sellers or buyers?

Or are they content for nothing to happen ahead of the next RNS?

A bullish portent?

Yup KK - a long way to go here.

If some want to be impatient and sell out, that's up to them. As long as VS keep growing, and our other plays do okay, then our intrinsic value will keep rising.

There will come a day when the gap between the share price and the true asset value is so wide that the share price will naturally rise.

People like Bruce Rowan don't own 8% for fun.

Excellent post paul. You havemy green tick and 100% agreement.

Buying at these levels will pay off. Despite our recent blip, the 1p party is still on.

Excellent post Paul.
You have both sense and sensibility.

I will hold for the 1p party minimum.

Afternoon all, The reduction in price only helps us to keep stocking up. VS Turnover is up even if they are investing it so the profit isn't apparent but the turnover will only continue to rise based on over double the amount of clients they had a year ago.

In addition, we can only assume the VS Software works as the due diligence that the NHS, John Lewis etc... will go through to decide to buy from them would be incredible.

The PR of VS is excellent so we will get noticed by proxy, and lets be realistic with the blue chip companies they already have on their books other companies will end up knocking on their door wanting to buy. We historically have averaged what 10 RNS per year, if that increases based on positive news, contracts won, valuations etc... this will fly.

I said before this share is more about a timescale than a price at this stage and i would recommend holding this for a minimum of 1 year and preferably 2-3 years and your investments will come good.

The one good thing about Zaf is we know what were getting, he's never going to get particularly excited and oversell his company but i think he is honest and if he feels they are undervalued, they are. patience is key.

Thanks KK. I've been doing some more re-reading this morning. The JL RNS is first-class, Beaufort Securities research is very encouraging, Bruce Rowan continues to hold 8% of LEG.

What we really need is an up to date valuation of VS (although Beaufort have it at £240m). If you take the Beaufort one our share price should be around 0.7p, not 0.2p.

But obviously, more contracts simply increases VS's value.

I think there are very exciting times ahead here. It's a question of patience, accumulation and being positive.

There not mine Phil, but you can tell from the price paid.

I picked up another million since last Friday in a few smaller tranches, not just under 40m.

It's only my humble opinion, but I don't think we are far from VS securing another contract.

Lower your S.L. and wait for an announcement.

Morning sam.

Yes, there have been a few for a couple of weeks now. I reckon it's one individual who has just become impatient.

When VS announce another lucrative contract things will reverse. We cannot be valued at under £6m when VS alone is valued at around £240m according to Beaufort and we own 7.1% of it.

As Zaf said, sometimes the market doesn't value the sum of the parts properly. If he were to sell everything we'd probably have around £20-25m in cash, but it's the longer term here, especially where VS is concerned.

I just wish he'd get his finger out and get the PR wagon rolling a bit.

John Ross Ewing - hang on in there. Imagine selling out and watching it bounce.

Or is it one?

Morning tini5.

Yes, I've been thinking on similar lines. Re-reading the last RNS and watching the interview with Zak Mir again, I have a strong feeling it won't be long before we get another announcement. Every contract VS secure gives them the momentum to secure another one, as when they are in discussion they can now point to a quality list of clients.

Two other thoughts still take priority as well. One is VS reversing into LEG and the other is a VS IPO.

Very interesting times lie ahead.

Oh, and we don't necessarily have RNS's at 7am here so news could break at any time.

Have a good one.

Morning Prof.

Disappointed with the current share price performance I must say, didn't expect to be sub .25 after that last RNS.

Hopefully see some solid figures and a re-valuation of VS in the not too distant future and we'll find out just how much our 7% is worth.

I have e-mailed the head of the NHS procurement in Scotland, and also Chris Hopson who was interviewed yesterday on The Sunday Politics, to enquire as to whether "The Edge" will be used by more trusts, and more importantly by NHS Scotland.

Given they can't give "inside" information, I'm not sure what reply, if any, I'll get, but I'll post whatever comes through here.
