We got over 40" dumped on us, the storm is finally moving off, yet now new and as well as continued flooding are forecast. Reservoirs around Houston are full yet more water is on it's way to them from upstream. Now they are beginning to overflow their banks. Controlled water releases have begun to prevent catastrophic loss of containment. So new neighborhoods are beginning to flood and water levels in other areas will continue until the reservoirs are safely drawndown.Other news is later this week we (BURGUNDY Xploration, Houston, and our operating partner, 88 Energy, based in Perth, OZ) will test our Icewine #2 oil exploration well on the North Slope of Alaska. Several months ago it became the 1st shale well fraced in Alaska. Now, after it's had time to "soak-up" some the freshwater we pumped into it, we hope to see a special type of oil flow from it. It should be the same stuff we recovered in the core from the offsetting Icewine #1 well that we drilled in late 2015. All-in-all these are eventful of weeks and we'll see what the heck comes next!"
