30/9/2014 20:06 | Nice summary loobrush S | sweenoid
30/9/2014 18:29 | UPDATE TODAY With Booms share price now 16p 7Digital's shareholding is worth some £15 million and with cash in bank of some £5 million that's £20 million in liquid assets. At 7Digital's share price today of 20p 7DIgital is valued at only £20.6 million Talking out the shares and cash leaves a value of £0.6 million for all the business of 7Digital which is clearly ridiculous. If Booms share price increase to 17 p the complete business would be valued at Nil. That clearly would be ridiculous and a sensible valuation of the business and potential alone should be worth between £10-£20 million, which indicates that 7Digital's share price should be up to twice today's level. | loobrush
30/9/2014 13:40 | Lol You obviously don't understand the business model, unfortunately you are not alone :-( Undervalued growth stocks with a big finger in a massive pie will do just fine for me (Audioboom) this is NOT just a play on Audioboom, it's got great potential in its own right, but for now it looks like that's how the market see' sit S | sweenoid

30/9/2014 07:31 | Absolutely splendid report and news on the 'Spanish' contract STREAMING is the way to go Don't underestimate the relationships 7Digital have with all the key record publishing companies, don't get confused that we are in the same business as Spotify, iTunes etc This sums it up Simon Cole, Chief Executive, said: "I am pleased to report our first set of Interim results since the reverse acquisition of 7digital by UBC Media Group in June this year. Our strategy was to create a business that would benefit from the rapid growth in connected devices and the resulting significant changes occuring in the music and radio industries. The business is transitioning rapidly from low-margin sales of downloaded music to the provision of a platform from which our customers can quickly build new streaming services. We are already seeing the demand for our services in contracts won to date, rising monthly recurring revenues and in our sales pipeline. The Board are very excited about the potential of the combined business and, now the integration process is complete, we look to the future with confidence." With Audioboom on a rip , I believe this stock has massive potential which is NOT valued into its share price ( its value as of today is inheritantly zero!!) I expect it to double in 12-24 months Very pleased S | sweenoid

20/9/2014 23:51 | Audioboo to become Audioboom in app revamp Headphones Gallery By Barry Collins Posted on 18 Sep 2014 at 10:16 The popular audio-sharing app Audioboo is to be revamped and rebranded Audioboom next week. The app, which currently has three million registered users, allows users to record short audio clips on their smartphones and tablets and publish them instantly. PC Pro has used Audioboo in the past to record mini-podcasts from CES, and it's used by other mainstream broadcasters, including Sky, the BBC and The Telegraph. Both the iOS and Android apps will be given a makeover (the Android app in a few weeks' time), with a selection of new features designed to improve the listening experience, and drag the app closer to rival SoundCloud. These include a "Daily Download", a selection of content based on the user's listening tastes that is automatically downloaded to their device overnight. There will also be an offline play mode, that makes it possible to listen to recordings in places where there's no 3G signal. The new app will also make it easier to publish audio clips, according to the company, with an updated record, trim and upload function. The new iOS app should be in the App Store next we Read more: Audioboo to become Audioboom in app revamp | News | PC Pro | loobrush
20/9/2014 17:55 | 7DIG no longer has 7M of cash you have forgotten to subtract the monthly cash burn rate | smithie6
19/9/2014 18:29 | Shares up 8.75% today on only 98,000 (£20k) shares traded. Any news here and this could rocket, bring it on. | loobrush
19/9/2014 15:07 | Audioboom now 15p which makes our holding £15m. Add this to our £7m of cash and at the current market price of 21p you are getting 7Dig's business for free! | simonparker5
18/9/2014 19:01 | Audioboom now 13p that makes 7digital's holding worth appx £13 million Buy rating 1st target 38p Aweek ago “FinnCap reiterated their corporate rating on shares of 7Digital Group PLC (LON:7DIG) in a research note released on Tuesday morning. The firm currently has a GBX 38 p target price ...” | loobrush
16/9/2014 08:06 | interesting news btw from iTunes.... 500M users receive a U2 album as an automatic download..... ...some complaints since some didnt want it... 500M users.... if 7DIG are going to get a piece of the music services pie....perhaps they need to get on with it...since the competition are not standing still waiting for them... | smithie6
15/9/2014 12:27 | each to their own.... in investing imo...one has to look ahead.... hence a bear would assume that the stake in Boom is already sold.... and then consumed to pay the wages of the staff of loss making 7DIG (5M per yr) they aint ever going to send that cash/value your way.... ---- B2B ....the Cs are the people that will drive/decide the market imo.... Youtube have an important link to Cs (customers).... do Youtube need to use 7DIG ...as B2B in order to operate their B2C ? imo no....and in any case...Youtube is video and audio...whereas 7DIG is imo audio only... will 7DIG carve out a piece of the mkt for themselves....time will tell... | smithie6
14/9/2014 23:57 | Please get up to speed. The focus here is B2B not B2C. That is where the money is to be made.I look forward to plenty more contracts in this space as the sector continues to expand especially into virgin territories and use of 7Digital's state of the art API system grows organically. And that Boom stake... could be worth an absolute fortune over not too long a time span. It's already worth over half of the market cap here! Things can move very fast in social media. | siddle
14/9/2014 16:48 | The combined business of 7Digital and UBC currently worth about £3 million, which is simply crazy or is it... losing 5M per year.... and needs to increase turnover by X3 ...just to break even... and Q1 turnover was down... at present I can not see them achieving X3 in turnover... (the 2 companies that comprise 7DIG now.....on their own..... imo they both failed... and perhaps could not have raised new money on their own... the combination allowed a new story and hence new money was raised.. otherwise both companies looked doomed on their own... You agree ? ) and BBC radio website links to 4 music services companies.... and 7DIG is not one of them ! (Deezer and Spotify are 2...cant recall others...iTunes perhaps ) --- Worth noting imo that many people use Youtube to listen to music.... without watching the PC display.... 1 more competitor...and free of course... | smithie6
12/9/2014 15:27 | Good factual posts siddle. It's a very quite board for an innovating tech firm. Keep it under the radar as when news is slowly revealed this should move. Volume dried up and those who had jumped onto the Boom bandwagon have exited. Should be set up for a clear run. | bargainbuyer |
