sp is well supported with cash and BOOM holding so it's own valuation going forward has significant upside.

Guys remember this is the only Watch Phone that does not need to be tethered to a Phone to be able to use it.. Massive Massive will be as big as Apple Iphone in my view and Will.i.Am is not mug look at what he sold his last Company for?

Brilliant unexpected news -with 7Digital only valued £21 million and if you take out the cash and the value of their Audioboom stake leaves a value for the business of ONLY £2 million " this is WAY UNDERVALUED.
Not many shares in free float, appx 20%. and of the remainder 50% locked in for 2 years,

Further re Press Speculation

The Company notes the recent press speculation and confirms it is in discussions with i.am. plus, llc with respect to the delivery of a music service on a new range of devices, including wearables.

The potential contract would further underpin the Company's revenue expectations.

Further updates will be made in due course.

In effect this suggests the deal is done and dusted but obviously it's not 7digitals responsibility to 'announce' that they are providing the music platform to Will.i.am

If they were not a responsible company would deny what would in effect be an unfounded rumour.

The joint leaking of Audiobooms directorate change and our involvement with the digital watch are great for hype but they both ought to be careful in the future about the release of such sensitive info. ;-)

Wonder if 7Digital are utilizing IMG's Pure Flow cloud platform here?
