but perhaps the co. calls an EGM to allow conversion...(1p ?)

& then another chunk of debt is gone

& co. is in sounder state

& share price wld prob. rise, also making the loan converter happier

I posted on here at that time that I had taken a punt ...a good few hundred quid. I expected to lose it but just punting money. I still have no confidence in this company but what I do have confidence is the herd piling in to dross like this on a particular day. This may well rally up to 1p and then the herd will sell and move on and the price will collapse down. Plenty of punters have made a stack on stuff like mxo so are happy to chase anything higher. It makes no difference to the company or prospects...it’;s just gambling.

last reported gross profit 12M

if it survives then current price looks cheap to me
if it goes bust then the shares are not such a good deal !!

(surely now with the 3 big cash increases since Oct 1 2018
& reduction of losses
& arrival of 2 new bosses who seem to realise that they need to act (whereas SC DIDNT & arguably just lied for yrs

the co. could surely raise 1/2M or 1M via issuing shares if needed to survive....or selling another subsidiary....or whatever...since the co. is now in better state (noting that 1.6M of on going losses were off loaded via the deal announced yesterday & other reduction in staff costs in last 12 months)

& you kept losing money
you pushed the buy side

now the co. might stop eating cash & the share price might have a chance of rising from its collapsed price ...you are pushing the avoid/sell side

reported gross profit of 12M (if that no. was not subsequently changed !)

...there is a chance that that is worth more than the current cap. value....to some business in the sector or linked to it....& there are many big cos. with money.

if the co. can survive & stop eating money then the gross profit etc etc has some value....noting that anyone buying them wld improve the on-going numbers by slashing the cost of top management
& removing the listing cost &....

About 17M turnover last yr. Prob. lower this yr....but still multiples of the cap. value.
