How can this sort of thing be allowed to happen

How can anyone invest in aim?

Rns statements are meaningless

A disgrace or what! Sudden statement on Tuesday and clearly came as a shock to the loan note holders who have not even received interest. They have no hope of getting a penny here. All gone now. Sad end.

I leave 7digital in good shape and in good hands.

How can this be allowed to continue?

Yep it's certainly the end-game for holders. As I said yesterday post 4696 - total wipeout is imminent sadly. I'd add that the financial incompetence by previous management clearly went much deeper than the misfortune of losing the MMS contract. Lessons to be learnt as usual i.e. to repeat from my blog - It's the fundamentals stupid!

Eh eh but I left the company in good shape

This is why aim is becoming toxic
Pointless even read an rns because it is a pile of dung

Yes, doesn't look good for shareholders or employees sadly.

How many more skeletons in the closet?
Who would fund it at this stage?

o/t heads up for tomorrows multi bagger. PFP (pathfinder minerals)

PFP (Pathfinder minerals) LATE rns today mostly missed by the market.. £6m cap and funded with directors taking shares at a PREMIUM placing of 2p... HUGE HUGE news giving the green light after 8 years of waiting...
Today's RNS which is a real game changer. Its taken 8 long years and for the first time the light's turned green. The asset is huge with over 1bn and will be doing $323m a year for 30 years!?, and worth over 300m revenue annually and the current market cap (6m) is utterly and grossly disconnected.

ONLY 270 million shares in issue... Even A share price of 10p the mcap would be only £27m. Multi bagging right there.

Lesson in this one is don’t invest in a company that has one major customer.

If this drops as low as 0.1p then it could be worth a small punt on the off chance this gets turned around. I'm already in for a huge loss so I'm not getting in any deeper but any new investors could jump on the opportunity. It seems even at 0.25p there seem to be plenty of buys but I don't think we've seen the bottom of the market yet. The release of the 2018 financials will see this drop further as there will be no promising news in there.

Yes it is bad. I might have a small punt at about 0.25 to see if the new bod can salvage anything from the wreck. On the basis that those who have poured so much cash in here might yet finance the company again. I was looking earlier at all the dozens of trades I was doing when the price was between 5 and 7 pence...thousands of pounds at the time. Could have lost a lot of money here. The risk factor at the moment is not in investors favour in small caps....reading about the huge losses on Debenhams today.

glad I sold out as soon as possible after it re-listed..at over 20p...

shareholders have been taken for a ride imo

but sadly AIM regulators never do anything. 😕

& it'll be sad if some USA co. buys it for peanuts
transfers the computers & some key workers to USA ...& then balances costs to income...& then 5 or 10 yrs later...who knows

Michael, make good your loss and get back into AGL, before she blows, (assuming you haven't already)

It is pretty shocking and almost sounds like the rest of the board were in the dark until Cole and the old dep CEO had left.

michaelmouse, I'm pleased to see you've finally thrown in the towel on your long standing support for Cole.
