One thing I didn't understand was the new CEO stating 7Dig would need a fresh injection of funds. Based on the last published accounts and the updates since they should of been cashflow positive for November and December (although taking anything SC said is not a good starting point!!) but there was evidence that the office closures , downsizing the work force and running on one platform was completed sometime in Sept/Oct.

I mentioned before the operational risk of relying on one client and with their brutal withdrawal there goes the revenue to cover fixed and floating costs and benefit from the so called 70% margins.

However, the 4m received even taking into consideration short term debt should of been enough to cover the next few months when considering the lower cost base. Yes monthly revenue receipts will take a hit but the muted cost savings that the integration should bring should offset that to a large degree.

The issue is one of credibility. Why would existing clients pay when they don't know if the service will be provided on an ongoing basis. Why risk paying and being stuck trying to recover funds from a bankrupt company (that will not be coming back). It is a vicious circle.

With the current mkt cap the profits from the creative division nearly cover that and rather than take funding from the vultures that prey on firms like this spin off the creative side and re energise the tech side and get the SAAP model fully functioning.

Restoring credibility amongst existing clients is key, do that and the company stays alive but we need cashflows figures - net operating cashflow, investing activities and financing activities. This is the best indicator of what the near term future holds for 7Dig.

If cash burn is still negative once the 4m (minus ST debt) is burnt then they are in trouble. They need to show investors monthly figures - they have them (Monthly revenue minus MMS - Monthly costs incorporating savings from the move to one platform/reduced workforce. Having those figures will show how much of the current cash balance will be designated each month to cover the lose of their primary client. Mind the gap!)

So many here haven't a clue what they are investing in. Then again I am the one that lost money whilst the traders are making its it looks like I am the fool. It is a hard game but it would seem sensible to wait for cashflow breakdown - if debtors are not paying still the squeeze is on and that is why the new CEO might be calling out the need for a funding - forward thinking based on facts not dreams (eh Mr Cole?)
