26/10/2018 09:32 | ...new products out by the way from some of the giants - Apple smart speaker/unit - Amazon Alexa 3 (voice controlled home unit/speaker) these things are selling globally...& although not fully widespread or common yet they may be soon & from I can see none of the music services they mention (Pandora, iTunes, Spotify....) are from 7DIG ...good luck to 7DIG but imo it is difficult to compete against these giants with existing global customer bases/lists of hundreds of millions or into billions & with deep pockets to fund new products & advertising; while 7DIG raises 1.5M to pay down existing debts & stay alive a bit longer & I dont see these big global companies knocking on 7DIG's door to use its services | smithie6
26/10/2018 09:23 | according to 7DIG the word "consolidate" means - to sack people & close offices to reduce costs - to move clients using 1 platform (at an acquired subsidiary) on to a different platform ....perhaps to go for a pooh after morning coffee is also defined as "consolidation" ?!!! | smithie6
26/10/2018 09:12 | interest rate ? not revealed ! 15 % ? 20 % ? it is a risky loan --- conversion price is not same as mkt price but is "calculated by reference to mkt price" 50% of mkt price ? 60% of mkt price ? some shareholders lurv SC but he keeps shareholders ilinformed & partly in the dark, as always | smithie6
26/10/2018 08:57 | I strongly suspect there on not an avatar alive that thinks these characters will be seeing the loan repaid in December 2019. | saul goodman
26/10/2018 08:55 | - cash raised at arguably worst case 2.6p "IF" convert all the debt; but imo the co. can change that, if the share price goes to 1p the exercise terms can be changed (if the share price is 1p for some volume/time of trades then conversion to 58M shares can take place (of 580k of the debt, leaving ~ 1M of debt) but not all the debt could be converted without the bod modifying the authorisation, easy) - target of achieving profitability pushed back yet again....to 2019 - debt is repayable in Dec 2019. only 13-14 months away. if wanted, these 3 debtors can call in this debt & if it is not re-paid then they could OWN THE COMPANY in leiu of payment. (together with any other creditors at same debt level/rank (suppliers are at lower level); & if no higher ranking creditors) convert the shares or phps call in the debt & own 100% ? (with zero for shareholders) phps they take option 2 - raised 1.5M & not the planned 1M. So, been eating money since previous RNS. (surprised that the lenders didnt require some board changes such as departure of SC, since it is his leadership that keeps requiring new cash raises) | smithie6
26/10/2018 08:22 | #4043 Thank yo for the clarification. Although I wont lie to avatars, I didnt think you would be one of them. Perhaps another avatar that has participated in the cash grab would like to stand up? | saul goodman
26/10/2018 08:20 | #4040 No sirree - a phrase including ‘barge pole’ springs to mind. | monte1

26/10/2018 08:15 | Righto, noted. Can any avatars that do work on a shift patter please raise their hands now? | saul goodman

26/10/2018 07:53 | All aboard the AIM gravy train. Choochoo....... | monte1
26/10/2018 07:50 | What CEO could take their company share price from £6 to 3p and still be in a job. Must be the most heavily rewarded CEO for failure. | bloomer2
26/10/2018 07:48 | post 4031 - LOL. The maximum dilution is around 14% (not bad at all), and they should be trading profitably and generating cash by this year end i.e. December 2018. Next year should be a bumper year! Read the RNS properly. Onwards and upwards from here hopefully! | michaelmouse
26/10/2018 07:43 | More shareholder dilution and the business will still be loss making next year! "The funds provided will be used for working capital as the Company continues to move to being in operating profit and positive cash flow by the end of the current financial year." "This restructuring takes an annual equivalent £5m of costs out of the business, consolidates our technology platforms after the acquisitions of the last two years, and should take us to the profitability and cash positivity which has been our aim for the last 18 months." | bloomer2
26/10/2018 07:36 | I very well doubt it matey. POS. I note that the £1m they needed a fortnight ago has now increased by 50%. What an absolute shower. | monte1
26/10/2018 07:29 | 7digital short term loan confirmed this morning. £1.5m raised. Onwards and upwards from here hopefully! | michaelmouse
25/10/2018 17:22 | 7digital has not been aggressive enough in taking costs out of the business following the takeovers of Snowite and 24/7. Each takeover has merely caused losses to widen. Why is it only recently that they closed the Paris office? Why does a company of this size need 4 offices? Why were they expanding the senior management team when the company losses were widening? There is no reason why the business cannot make profits circa £3m if they can run a tight ship. Unfortunately, the company's financial position is not going to improve under the leadership of the current CEO - he does not have the right attributes to run a business. | bloomer2
25/10/2018 14:21 | Would the avatar monte1 please confirm if he is working on a night shift today? Thanks in advance saul | saul goodman
