If it is as simple, I can sell tomorrow, you can sell tomorrow and make a killing on the arbitrage. Something is not adding up, if it doesn't make sense then there is something we don't see surely. The idea is to make money, I don't care if it's through 4D or not but I'm not here to be a 4D disciple.

I may be making an error in my calculations and that's why I'm posting them, if it isn't a mistake then I will sleep on it but will reduce my holding from my ISA unless someone explains the reason?

Not as simple as that hardly any liquidity and it hasn't tracked 4d share price. Also you have to think of costs/ taxes. Wait for listing on Nasaq and hold 4d as it will rerate imo

LOAC price should be £1.46 x 0.7513 x 1.402 = $15.37

Makes no sense to hold 4D and swap into LOAC surely?

Started buying here earlier this month - looking to repeat the ride I have with GAN
after lurking for a while.
Now have 4 x as many.

Absolutely no doubt 4D is being held, has been for a good while but hopefully not for long. A spectacular and unquestionably a world class biotech that is ahead of its competition and on the verge of redefining 21st Century medicine and healthcare. I've been in 4D now for relatively long time and I do believe it will hit all time high at some point this year, sooner rather than later, at least I am hoping. You only have look at the valuations of companies such as Pandion to work out 4D is a no brainer. Stay patient folks, 4D is heading higher and higher and you won't be able to catch it soon. DYOR!

Merck paying $1.8 billion for Pandion. 4d pharma have many more drugs in later stage trials within an exciting and growing market. Merck already own 5% OF 4D Pharma i think 4D is a sitting duck. Strong Buy

Politicians do absolutely NOTHING about the shenanigans,
thus the financial industry (used to be "financial SERVICES industry")
now has society at its' service. They also refuse to do business,
like IG this week, once the PIs play the market at its' own gamestop...
It should be the financial services industry, but when ex-prime ministers' families
have their money in Panamanian tax free havens, what can one expect?

I added some more DDDD this a.m. anyway...
