To low, looks like an II has sold a bucket full and another is picking them up.Once cleared which I think it did Friday a big rise is on the cards, back to 400p area.

It looks like people are prepared to pay 137 and 139p which bodes well for the day ahead.I was quoted 135p yesterday for 2000Shares.It looks like the tide is turning and with improving sentiment and price the spread will close to something sensible.

Things are moving with a tie up to a large pharma.4D pharma plc (AIM: DDDD), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, pioneering the development of Live Biotherapeutic Products, today announced an agreement with a subsidiary of MSD (tradename of Merck & Co., Inc., Kenilworth, N.J., USA) to conduct a clinical trial evaluating the combination of KEYTRUDA(R) (pembrolizumab), an anti-PD-1 therapy marketed by MSD, and 4D's live biotherapeutic candidate MRx0518 in patients with solid tumours.

Good news out today and can see this rising especially with such a catchy drug name.


Duncan Peyton, 4D's Chief Executive Officer, commented: "This groundbreaking study is set to be the world's first live biotherapeutic clinical trial in oncology and the first of a number of studies we have planned to investigate MRx0518 in multiple cancer settings. The novel design of this trial provides an unrivalled opportunity to evaluate the immuno-modulatory properties of MRx0518 and how our approach using live biotherapeutics could advance a new approach to the understanding of the treatment of cancer."

I know Woodford has made some appalling calls this year but he met with management and made a judgment and bought stock.With two drugs in phase 1 and another pre clinical things are on track as per 2017 annual report.For any large company the pipeline of new drugs is crucial 4D has some exciting trials coming up this year.A bid is always a possibility but I would like to see this grow on proven sales.

SomeuwinYes your right. The share price has flattened and hopefully forming a line of resistance. The share price has been hammered way below fair value. With new products being pushed into trials we could see a rapid spike up with any good news.Exciting times

I suspect this is down due to Neil Woodford selling - due to his generally weak performance - as there is no-one to take up slack the price tanks.
