Yes 3windy, that would be the case as ivorytowers points out, today is a classic example and this has been manipulated for the last 6 weeks by DMA access. 2millions surplus buys today, where is that stock coming from?

Yup, fill in the relevant form with your broker and you are off, can't remember what the form is though. I have done it with ii and can trade stocks in the USA and Canada.

Hi 1airbag, re dual listing, you can check for yourself, AstraZeneca for example, but there are plenty of dual listings, US/UK in all market segments, and they are all always roughly the same in share price, there are also triple listings (AstraZeneca again good example, which is als on the Stockholm exchange), same principle

Just answering / musing re my earlier post re the Deal Presentation

The timing of this deal is c. 2 weeks before #SITC2020

Will give some time for some sort of 'Deal Roadshow' to take place to get the message out there about the opportunity and give a headsup... 'watch out for SITC2020'

Then we get SITC2020 abstracts which look like they will demonstrate either some efficacy for MRx0518 as a Monotherapy or maybe some biomarker data which will help in potential Partners determining the Treatments, Combinations, Regimens they might want to try / finance with their own products. I would expect Bristol Myers, Roche, Pfizer, AstraZeneca etc all to be wanting in here.

Then sometime after SITC2020 we should start to hear re:

- Partnership news/deals
- Merck Vaccine progress update ?
- More insight into timing for FDA expedited approval of MRx0518 in combination with Keytruda (You'd imagine for this Merck would be battering FDA door down with us! Their $20bn a year drug being made potentially 40% more effective is simply gamechanging for a $200 Billion Market Cap Company what does it do for us ! And accelerates their MOAT vs Opdivo etc)

When I first heard about VTIQ I thought it sounded like a scam but NKLA now has an $8 billion Market Cap just months later

All of these shells have their own dynamics

Will be interesting how it plays out but the restricted shares in issue and big cash backing are promisingas are Management backstop plans. Now all a case of how story is marketed over there. Already seen some comment from biotech peeps re Sangamo CEO being on our Board

I will buy a bit of LOAC just to get a better feel for how its trading
