27/7/2016 05:39 | Some discussion of 3IN in here: | jonwig
07/7/2016 09:14 | Hedging doesn't last forever, and if the £ stays weak versus the Euro there should eventually be an uptick in sterling value I would have thought? | stevie blunder
07/7/2016 06:16 | Quarterly summary, nothing new: Includes: We note the outcome of the UK referendum on EU membership. The assets within the Company's portfolio are largely domestic in the countries in which they are based, and the impact of recent foreign exchange movements were substantially offset by the Company's exchange rate hedging programme. Which suggests no forex winfall. | jonwig
08/6/2016 19:56 | Cheers guys..much appreciated 👍🏻 | 0rient
08/6/2016 19:11 | The basic entitlement would be satisfied by the issue of 213,558,265 shares (ie. 7/26), and they issued 233,333,333 shares. Hence 19,775,068 additional shares shares were issued, which probably implies a significant scaling back. (I don't know my own result yet.) The RNS says: all applications made pursuant to Open Offer entitlements will be met in full. ... The Company has elected to exercise part of the Additional Issue... | jonwig
08/6/2016 18:37 | The open offer was 7 new shares for every 26 existing shares. | 888icb
08/6/2016 17:25 | Cheers salchow :)Do you know what the basic entitlement was for the existing shareholders? Have tried to find it but unable to.. | 0rient
08/6/2016 16:40 | Orient - don't forget that existing shareholders including institutions would have their basic entitlement satisfied in full. It is only the excess applications that will have been scaled back. | salchow
08/6/2016 16:11 | Same here..i applied for 100,000 and received 34,748. Can't say I'm best pleased with that. Hard to imagine that it was 65% over subscribed! Bet the institutions got their full amount. No wonder a decent bounce in the share price today with the small allocations. | 0rient
08/6/2016 16:10 | Forgive my earlier post - although HL show me with the requested number of shares at full cost, when I spoke to them they told me that was my application and not my allocation - they can't give me the allocation until Friday so I have no idea how many I have which is a shame given today's rise :( | davr0s
08/6/2016 12:32 | My wife and I got the same as a percentage i.e. 34.7% of what we applied for in the XS open offer | rik shaw
08/6/2016 09:43 | Rather disappointing allocation via Barclays - I got 3474 from a application for 10,000. | huttonr
08/6/2016 08:20 | a nice tick up this morning which will put the newly issued shares straight into profit if sustained until Friday. | 888icb
08/6/2016 07:26 | A great vote of confidence with the over supscription..onward | 0rient
07/6/2016 15:25 | I applied for 3x allowance and they are showing a full allocation in my PF | davr0s
07/6/2016 15:22 | I like these going forward...appear to be a very safe investment offerring decent return to shareholders. I've appled for a decent amount in the capital raising and be interesting to see if i get the full smount. Reckon this will head back towards 180 as soon as the fund raising is complete 👍🏻 | 0rient
07/6/2016 14:39 | There's a technical situation holding it back, I'd say. (Open offer, etc.) Nature of assets and earnings should make this a decent sterling/Brexit hedge. | jonwig
07/6/2016 13:32 | Attractive under 170p? | its the oxman
02/6/2016 15:32 | Dav - brokers have their own deadlines: one of mine is today, the other the 6th. | jonwig
02/6/2016 15:17 | Do we have to have the obligatory touching of the raise price of 165p to coincide with the deadline (mine with Hl is noon tomorrow)? | davr0s
16/5/2016 12:31 | Already hold several of the Infrastructure IT's, but decided to apply for 3in shares via the open offer at 165p through selftrade this morning. The Elenia story looks very interesting and offers enticing potential NAV growth, whilst the 2 new investments in WIG & TRC both look compelling and 3in as a whole offer nice diversification to the likes of HICL & JLIF. | wirralowl
14/5/2016 17:55 | Thanks Jonwig, useful post. | stevie blunder
14/5/2016 08:49 | Jonwig, I think Questor means 25% Elenia, 85% Elenia and other major holdings, smaller projects the remaining 15% | 8w
13/5/2016 21:58 | Questor has maintained his hold today. | cyfran101 |
