24/10/2019 12:28 | The longer the silence the more suspicious investors will be about the outcome | makem6
23/10/2019 14:19 | News, when ?????? | dealit
15/10/2019 14:55 | Yes, and still undervalued. I have noticed the new contracts so far are related to councils/local authorities to improve bus infrastructure and there are many councils throughout the UK which can be seen as potential customers. Central Government have introduced new legislation and made funds available for buses and bus infrastructure which local authorities and bus operators can tap into. The company have developed many new tech products/software which I expect will win further contracts in other areas of the economy. Plus Journeo appears to be doing very well and is being looked at by many fleet operators and not just bus operators. This could be a multi-bagger at this level, very exciting times. 15/10/2019 13:41 | what a difference a few weeks can make | spaceparallax
11/10/2019 13:25 | IMO there will no RNS regarding Bustracker Contract Award until after section "5. NEXT STEPS" in pdf has been completed. This may take a week or two however just another formality and part of the agreement process. I'm more interested in hearing further contract announcement awards now. | vfast
11/10/2019 13:19 | Would have liked an announcement today about the Edinburgh contract. | dealit
11/10/2019 10:58 | A lot of legs here and expecting to hear more contract wins before the end of the year. 21st Century's new technologies that they have been developing over the last 2 years seem to be going down well with companies that are testing/out on trail. More good news coming soon! Still under investors radar but that will change soon and the market cap could double quite quickly. IMO DYOR | vfast
11/10/2019 07:16 | That is good news. Edinburgh is a major city let us hope that other large Cities are taking note. | dealit
11/10/2019 02:42 | The contract with Edinburgh council was approved, please see the following link: hxxps://edinburgh.pu There were three tenders and C21 were the cheapest by some distance and also judged to be the best quality offering. Let's hope that being the cheapest doesn't make the margins too low... For those that are interested, the comparison of the three tender companies can be found here: | whatlp
11/10/2019 00:54 | @makem6 they had to post the recommendation cos the information was already in the public domain due to being posted in the Edinburgh council website. We should receive another RNS today confirming the contract. | whatlp
11/10/2019 00:15 | Strange that they would announce a contract "recommendation" - why not wait until it's done. That said it's significant and having seen the pictures of their recent conference on this topic it bodes well | makem6
09/10/2019 13:20 | MM's biding 3.215p for up to 435,000 shares. IMO there is a buyer(s)wanting stock. MM's biding 3.251p for up to 175,000 shares. Expecting a few more large contract wins before the end of the year. | vfast
08/10/2019 09:29 | This is excellent news. They still need it passed at the meeting on Thursday (Council's Finance and Resources Committee on 10 October 2019) however I think that will be just a formality. I don't think the company would have made this announcement at this stage but Edinburgh Council placed on their website so the company had to react. I'm sure there is more good news on the way and the share price is way under valued but with media attention or a broker forecast this share price could rocket. I can't see any reason why it could not double in the short term, before the year end. | vfast
08/10/2019 08:43 | Great news. | spaceparallax
08/10/2019 07:23 | And another one...the good news just keeps on coming! | batham1
27/9/2019 18:50 | S/P rise today maybe announcement next week. | dealit
27/9/2019 09:04 | Interesting trading this week, it looks like some investors are taking positions ahead of the: - “large and growing pipeline of sales opportunities; with a number of significant value negotiations in late or final stages”. I have no doubt the second half of 2019 will be very profitable for the company and at 3p/4p does not reflect anywhere near a true valuation of the company. Still way under investors radar and can see a substantial increase in the Market Cap over the next 3 months when investors recognise the potential. IMO DYOR | vfast
18/9/2019 11:49 | Thank you Nod. It is a most confusing business portfolio. On one hand the company reports are very SaaS focused but it appears that a "flagship" product may sit inside a dormant company and many of the recent press releases (Twitter) are for hardware in the form of bus stop signs, digital wing mirrors and bus station brackets? | adin1
17/9/2019 11:03 | Not surprising that there are impacts related to uncertainty over Brexit but the future looks solid. | spaceparallax
17/9/2019 05:38 | adin1, I can't see anywhere that C21 explains the purpose of the Limited Company. They filed accounts for Journeo in April as a dormant company. The name is being used as a Trademark and operating as if it was a separate company. Perhaps Journeo is a step towards a company name change. | nod
16/9/2019 17:28 | Spot on Weatherman! | vfast
16/9/2019 17:19 | "In line with our strategy, we apply our Research and Development to create innovative and valuable solutions that have the power to generate significant savings for our customers users and mark a shift in business model, for 21(st) Century, from reliance on capital equipment supply to Software as a Service (SaaS)." | weatherman
16/9/2019 17:10 | Yes adin1 but that is historic news ie what has happened regarding Gov spending cuts in the past. However this is what is going to happen moving forward. Note "It forms part of a £490 million cash increase in the UK’s vital transport network announced in the Government’s 2019 Spending Round". hxxps://bususers.org | vfast |
