IQGeo IQG interims out tomorrow so will be interesting to see how they are performing in the sector. They seem to be winning some good business including a recent £500k pa contract in Japan, one of their core markets. Looking forward to our results end of the month and hopeful of a maiden profit.

Tern is another where we all hope and dream, probably just like every other punter who is a shareholder of an AIM company

Yeh, high sweepie hope you're doing well..not checked in on Tern for a while now so hope all ok over there. I have high expectations of SPA as it just appears to be very undervalued. Stockopedia have them trading at 89% discount on current share price with analyst target price 327. LOL...perhaps a little on the ambitious side but a 10 bagger would be nice!!

Bought a few more yesterday. Any updates I guess will be wrapped up in the interim report..still confident of a small first time profit, fingers crossed.

I agree.... order book was and no doubt is in a very strong place but we need some news really to stop a further weak share price

Meanwhile the sellers are still in control; last 6 months wiped out I wasn't aware of them losing any of the business they had previously been awarded - bizarre ?

IQG is priced on the expectation that it will soon close the gap with SPA on those metrics, but I think they do add weight to the idea that SPA is mis-priced.

The problem in the past seems to have been poor management. The current team seems much better placed to exploit the tremendous opportunities that the growing scale and importance of location data presents, and do so profitably.

Thanks h p. IQG have had good run and appear to have good prospects and should continue upwards. Interesting comparisons with SPA 200 vs 600 clients, 1.5m vs 10.5m recurring revenue, 70m vs 41m cap...makes SPA look even better value at current SP

Have bought in here to add to my other geospatial holding, IQGeo (IQG).

Two companies operating in a fast-growing sector, and world leaders in their respective niches.

SPA, in particular, seems very undervalued at just 1.5x AR and finally looks to be in the right place at the right time with the right products.
