1Spatial closing in on 3p, after kitchen-sinking its balance sheet with losses of £15m. Even without the kitchen sinking, 1Spatial would make a loss of £4m-£5m. For those, who haven't read my research, below is my argument. The main problem is the high costs of hiring talent.; it costs them £65k per head. Also, admin costs account for over 50% of total expenses. I did some research last week, here http://bit.ly/2rb0x7Q In it, I stated three scenarios, they are: Best-Case Scenario; - I give a 20% chance for 1 Spatial to produce a £2m operating profit, which would help the share price to rocket up to 6 pence. Normal-Case Scenario; - I give a 30% probability for the company to be cash neutral meaning it makes enough to cover capex and acquisitions. That imply a fair valuation on today’s market value. Worst-Case Scenario; - 50/50 odds for the firm to raise more cash, while it continues to make losses for shareholders. The amount of financing is unclear, but a share price of 3 pence or lower is a real outcome. The worst-case is becoming apparent because cash balance fell to £1.3m.

If no contract wins then the danger is going down to 2.75p.

This need to hold above 3.25p - 3.5p. If so then it will be a healthy correction. However, if it were to fall below that then I can see 2.75p. I think with the right new contract wins this could hit 6p in the short term.

Will the turnover be more than £20 million in the latest results on Tuesday? My guess is it will be about 25 mil, anyway we shall see. Anyone have any idea when the next missing maps session is in Cambridge.

Turnover is around £20m and market cap is around £27m. Imagine if 1Spatial cut costs and dared to start making profits! Imagine what the market cap could be? The potential for multi bagger and growth share is there. It is the 'execution risk' which could be the problem with this company.

Probably help if promoting some sort of blog / 'research' site on here, if the English made sense and if the facts were correct, otherwise the 15 minutes of internet fame turns into a few minutes of people visiting and having a laugh.

On a diffrent note, inflation has risen from 2.3 to 2.7 this is the start of the effect of quantive easing, great way for the gov to bring down the debit, But no good for us lot. Hopefully some had the sense to buy national savings inflation linked certificates.

investors are aware that the company are not expected to move into profit until 2018. It will not take much of a profit to send the share past 6p in the intrim

1Spatial is a phoenix rising from the ashes with its extraordinary sales growth. But the problem is it never made a penny in profit for shareholders. One obvious reason with most “techies” is the cost of hiring to find talent proves expensive. Although I regard the firm ability to find new businesses, it’s an employee-base business. Think of Premier League Football where the players get all the dough, but leaves the club (vis-à-vis Billionaires owners) with the losses. For more graphics and interesting explanations, here is the post: http://bit.ly/2rb0x7Q

The consolidation is very strong and is supporting the 3.75 - 4.25 area very well. Any further news and this will go straight past 6p. Then there will be profit takers and sellers of course. However, those who hold could be rewarded handsomely.

Think your comments are spot on. The market that 1spatial are in is extremely big and growing. Even if any other large IT companies enter the market their is lots of meat on the bone. I personally am quite happy to buy under 4p as I am expecting to make at least 200% in the medium to long term 1 to 3 years. It will be interesting to see what the results are at the end of May as they may even make a profit with thier ongoing sales for software, but then again the sales may pass over to 2018 results

Hot Stock Rockets are targeting 6p+ for 1 Spatial SHORT TERM. Now I don't think they are always right. However, they were spot on for Obtala Resources last year. If 6p is short term then I think 8p - 15p is likely medium term and certainly 20p - 50p long term. This is if 1Spatial can start making profits year in year out. That is the key. Once this company is profitable and starts ramping up its turnover then this could be a beast of a company where the competition is pretty scarce. They play a vital role in the creation of Smart Cities too.

This is holding up very nicely. Excellent consolidation going on. Any decent news and this will blast up to 6p in my opinion with great ease. Whether it can get to 8p depends on if there is any significant revenue growth or increased profitability on the table.
