It seems to me an institution has been mopping up the sales. Doesn't mean they are right to do so of course!

Even on the reduced forecasts, I still think on a sales rating we should be double this price, but clearly investors want stability in the team and clarity for near term trading....

A clear out of the old guard could be very good news for this company or just sell it....

Heading south by the look of it.

I'll wait to see some support to the shareprice before buying in.

Well we could do with a firm delivery on the sales pipeline to steady the ship here, or just get a takeover.....

My retirement fund - That made me chuckle. Just sharing for the benefit of holders & lurkers, also courtesy to inform that it was a short lived investment.

Singers placed their own forecasts under review & therefore nothing tangible to share on this thread.

The "paid for" research from Edison indicates savage cuts on estimates across the board over the next 2 years....and you are quite correct, I'll treat this as a mistake and move on. LOL.

Best wishes,
GHF

Little bit desperate to be relying on "paid for" research from Edison GHF, thought you was above that - perhaps this should be treated as a mistake - better left forgotten LOL.

New Edison note out:-

Estimate downgrades

"We have reduced our FY17e revenues by 15% to £23.9m, with EBITDA dropping to a £0.3m loss from a £3.7m profit previously. We now forecast a year-end net debt position of £1m versus £1m net cash previously. 1Spatial has a £3m facility.

Visibility for FY18 is clearly limited but, taking a cautious stance, we reduce our revenue and EBITDA by 19% and 58% respectively."

---

As well as slashing targets, Edison also review their previous forecast of net cash of £1m at 2018 year end...with this now turning into net debt of £3m.

I can't see anyway around a fundraise unless they surprise to the upside & convert their pipeline in an accelerated manner. The transition to SaaS type recurring revenues certainly doesn't help in the near term.

Short lived investment...I'm out!

Kind regards,
GHF

a)timing of contracts is always a problem for small and new companies.

b)Changing the recognition of income should have been forecast previously.

c)Getting rid of under-performing non-core companies should have happened earlier.

d)Operating within banking facilities is a worrying statement but necessary I venture.

b) and c) give concern about the management
