There is a Europe initiative named 'Inspire' which could lead to some business in the rest of Europe, as there are possible legal ramifications for non-conforming countries.

Not that I particularly like the EU dictating stuff, but it might help 1 Spatial at some point:

Very handy info. here. It appears OS are selling their expertise overseas to national agencies. Australia is mentioned, so it looks like 1Spatial are getting contacts on the back of their OS support:

US - Guavus, a big data analytics provider that counts mobile network operators among its clients, has closed a $30m round of new funding.

The seven-year-old firm is backed by Investor Growth Capital, which led the round, with participation from QuestMark Partners and Guavus's early-stage backers Artiman Ventures, Sofinnova Ventures and Intel Capital.

Guavus's technology takes network, device, content and subscriber data and analyses it to help companies manage the technical aspects of running a mobile network as well as supporting sales, marketing and customer service functions by identifying patterns in customer behaviour.

Founder and Anukool Lakhina (pictured) previously worked for Intel Research and Sprint Labs.

gleach, it can only be a buy order and a large one at that, should be fun once complete they could notch this up at anytime to make any new buyer pay a premium @ 6p.

Morning all, that 1.3 mill buy @ 4.4p but just before christmas is looking good now.
Yump..theres only a few posters on here so if you fancy a new thread go ahead.

It does look that way.

As there's not a rush of votes for a new thread, I think I'll leave it for a while. It not a long thread to look through and a lot of the key information is recent.

Plus its not littered with rubbish and chat.
Perhaps when the next figures come out, then there's something more material to put in the header ?

Its just the title that's a bit out of day, but folks will figure that easily enough.

I think there's a fair bit left in the short term. Mainly because the price got to 4p ish before the main contract announcements, so I reckon 4p was just the recovery-from-bottom jump and there's not a lot added for the subsequent news.

I'm taking the view as well, that the period at 4p allowed most folk who wanted out from trading lower to exchange shares with buyers.

6p ish looks like a big (jumpy !) barrier, barring something tangible on the revenue front. Without knowing the value of those contracts though its a bit finger-in-the-air atm, although they don't look like pennies.

I've actually cut loose another 100k @ 5.2 today. Still holding 400k, almost "in for free".
I may buy back if I like the next set of numbers, but until I see definite progress on SF I think we are up with events at this stage.
An Ozzie contract would make a difference though, and could leave me looking foolish ( and not for the first time )

I think its got to mention Big Data, as that's the searchable information keyword and something positive as well.

How about:

loss-leader

I presume there will be quite a few holders from higher up, from earlier reversings and takeovers etc. so the share price progress is likely to be quite 'volatile' - for that read 'sudden sell-offs' ?

Any ideas for a thread title ? - I'm a bit busy so it will be a week or so before I can gather relevant info. I'm intending to invest for quite a while, so should be able to keep it up to date.

"1Spatial big data - big spaces opening up"
but its very cheesy.
