Encore Energy Systems to Release 2008 Financial Report With $11,000,000 in Sales on April 3, 2009

  Encore Energy Systems (PINKSHEETS: ENCS)
announced today it scheduled a release date of 3 April 2009 for its 2008
financial results for the period ending December 31, 2008.

The Company's consolidated revenues for 2008 were approximately $11,000,000. Revenues are below projections due to the dramatic downturn in both fuel prices and the construction industry.

As part of its growth by acquisition plan, the Company intends to aggressively acquire biodiesel production assets. The company believes the consolidation strategy will position the company as a premier producer and distributor of biodiesel nationwide.
