eFUEL EFN, Corp. Is Pleased to Announce That EAFN Has Agreed to Fund eFUEL

   Management is pleased to announce that Euro-American Finance Network, Inc. (EAFN) has agreed to fund eFUEL EFN, Corp. (PINKSHEETS: EFLN) thru a $10,000,000 line of credit to be established upon completion of its IPO. The line of credit will be used by eFUEL to acquire revenue producing assets.

Further, management anticipates that the value of the one hundred and eighty-eight acres of land located at LL180LD8 Brown Cr. Wilcox County, Georgia, will be included in the shareholder equity portion of the next OTC Pink Sheet submission.
