Gensource Announces Change of Date of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

SASKATOON, Saskatchewan / ACCESSWIRE / June 24, 2014 / Gensource Potash Corporation (“Gensource” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: GSP) announces that the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders of the Company that was to be held on June 30, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. (Saskatoon time) will be postponed to Friday, July 18, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. (Saskatoon time). The location of the meeting will remain at Suite 1100, 11th Floor, The Tower at Midtown, 201-1st Avenue South, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

All other aspects of the Annual and Special Meeting remain unchanged from the matters described in the Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular mailed earlier to shareholders and available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
