Kimber announces initiation of CEO search

VANCOUVER, Nov. 16  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Robert Longe, President & CEO, is pleased to report that, in keeping with his desire to retire from active management expressed informally to the directors some time ago, the Board has appointed a CEO Search Committee consisting of Larry Bell, Dennis Bergen, and Stephen Quin, one of management's nominees for election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Korn Ferry International, a leading management consulting firm specializing in executive recruitment, has been retained by the CEO Search Committee to undertake the search.
