(b) On February 13, 2018, Jack Hockema informed the Board of Directors (the Board) of Superior Industries International, Inc. (the Company) of his decision not to stand for reelection to the Board at the Companys 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Hockema will continue to serve through the remainder of his current term. Mr. Hockemas decision was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its strategy, leadership, operations, policies or practices.
