Bladex Announces Quarterly Dividend Payment for Fourth Quarter 2009

PANAMA CITY, Jan. 21  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. (Bladex) (NYSE:BLX), announced today a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.15 per share corresponding to the fourth quarter of 2009.

The cash dividend was approved by the Board of Directors and is payable on February 8, 2010 to the Bank's stockholders as of the January 29, 2010 record date.

As of December 31, 2009, Bladex had 36,545,616.09 common shares outstanding of all classes.
