Perhaps they do not know about Helphire. I do not recall Helphire ever being FTSE100 listed before it crashed nor do I recall them massively overpaying for a load of frauds. I am sure there must be some relevant parallel between Helphire and SGH which Grech and all the other shareholders, who have lost a fortune due to "the best Due Diligence ever" managing to completely miss the fact that they were buying a load of worthless frauds, would be pleased to hear about. Maybe Nicky could tell the banks who lent them all that money to buy the frauds about Helphire and they might be inclined to do the D4E closer to 5c than 0c.
