10/10/2006 14:41 | I think you should take note of NRHorsley & brownp, as if they are who I think they are, like me, they are x-employees and know the workings of the Telspec management only too well! | peter_piper
10/10/2006 14:22 | NRHorsley I agree that contract wins are unlikley. However, your basket case remark is somewhat off the mark. The share price is up 80% from its lows. It is all down to where investors see value. Hence why the large players are building stakes. | howdlep
10/10/2006 14:10 | Where do you get this info from? What is they say do your own research!. I would suggest people wanting to invest in Telspec investigate this claim that a multi billionaire buys an interest in a company then watches it decrease in value by some 50 fold without aquiring or desposing of a single share in the process. The only hope is you believe that the new old lot are going to do an asset strip and disposal as Mr Gyllenhammer is bviously hoping for. P. | brownp
10/10/2006 13:57 | howdlep It seems to me that the company has no markets for its products; it has sacked most of its workforce and hasn't the capability to develop new products, so it will continue to burn cash until nothing is left. I don't see how bringing a previously failed management team out of retirement will bring about 'a new sense of direction'. It's a basket case! | nrhorsley
10/10/2006 12:49 | it is buffets usa company | made1686
10/10/2006 12:45 | I am happy for the major shareholders, who are building their positions, to realise value in whatever way they seem fit. If that comes from the sale of assets and an eventual cash shell, or whether it is achieved via the winning of new contracts, I am not concerned. Clearly the cash burn rate was an issue, as was the underperforming old management. Perhaps now we will have a new sense of direction and with it a re rating. Time will tell, but the share price is really only priced at cash. So there's value to be had at these levels. | howdlep
10/10/2006 10:18 | I've watched this Company decline over many years and I can see no residual value apart from its assets. I'd recommend that you only want to invest in this company if you believe: a) The management has the sense to go for voluntary liquidation, and b) The net assets are worth more than the capital valuation of the Company. And by the way, I think you'll find that Faraday Holdings was a Trust set up to look after the company founder - Frank Hackett-Jones' family interests and has nothing to do with any similarly named UK outfit. | nrhorsley
10/10/2006 09:38 | That 25,000 showing as a sell is a buy, its mine my broker has said talk of good news coming over the coming weeks, about were the company is heading. Don't know if true but 15p is being talked about | thinkbig?
10/10/2006 09:11 | i think peter gyllenhammer is working for faraday and ,,,,,,,,,,,,, IS ,,,,,, ULTIMATELY OWNED BY BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY W,,.. BUFFET ps if you do not belive me ring w . buffet up and ask him or look at companys house it all they a lot of pi s will wait as thay payed 70p and have very little to loss by SELL,,,,,l ING this cheap if the rich st MAN in the WORLD wants tsp make him pay 70p thay need 95%%%%%% of the shares to take it over DO NOT SELL WAIT MADE IS ALL WAYS RIGHT | made1686
10/10/2006 08:19 | One small 10k pi trade and the share price goes up another 0.25p. The mm's are having problems filling large buy orders without the pi making it more difficult! | howdlep
10/10/2006 08:09 | As for "look for the downturn as the rampers get out", I would say look at the trades going through. There are hardly any pi trades. The share price is moving higher as the large players build their stakes. That is why I think there will eventually be a bid. In the meantime, the mm's have to raise the offer to fill the buy orders. | howdlep
10/10/2006 07:57 | brownp Between 28/9 and 5/10 Peter Gyllenhammer (Union Discount) increased his stake in TSP from 6.3% to 7.8%. That is a fact not a ramp. Just read the news releases. | howdlep
10/10/2006 07:24 | Looks like another ramp as people try to associate big names and companies with Telspec that simply don't exist. Look for the downturn as the rampers get out. P. | brownp
10/10/2006 07:17 | Another tickup straight away. Delayed buy or is Peter Gyllenhammer accumulating again. We must be due another holding RNS shortly. Looking good. | howdlep
10/10/2006 00:27 | yes a lot of buys i small sell do not sell untill thay offer you 30p a share | made1686
09/10/2006 15:18 | Peter_piper If you believe that, send TW an e-mail at t*ps. I would be interested in his reply. Taken from TW update of 6/10: - "The EGM was requisitioned by Faraday, which is a company ultimately owned by Berkshire Hathaway - no wonder Buffet's men got shareholder approval." Please subscribe for further detail. | howdlep

09/10/2006 15:12 | come on guys, sell your stock. The mm's need them for our buyer. No chance of them having mine. | howdlep

09/10/2006 14:41 | You're barking up the wrong tree with that Faraday Holdings. The one owning the bulk of Telspec shares is based in Australia and has nothing to do with the UK one & Berkshire Hathaway. | peter_piper
09/10/2006 12:58 | Well one or two people are slowing realising what's happening here. With a buyer in the background it is only taking a few trades to move the share price up. | howdlep
09/10/2006 11:38 | I am happy with slow gradual rises. Eventually the larger players will sell out via X trades, as we get closer to a bid. For now, its great to know cash is greater than the current cap. | howdlep
09/10/2006 11:31 | yes thay need your shares to get to 95% to take this over | made1686
09/10/2006 09:03 | 100k delayed buy gone through at 8p, a nice 0.25p premium to the offer. | howdlep
09/10/2006 08:41 | Yep, t*ps are carrying an update with the Buffet connection. However, the url has been provided by myself | howdlep |
