As a holder in both Kazera and Tectonic this will net off for me but it seems to make sense and it’s not come as a surprise to me. My investment in both of these has been rather disappointing to date. I’m much more optimistic of making something from Kazera than from Tectonic but time will tell.

Someone on LSE said interim financial report to Dec 22 is due 31 March. I can’t confirm that but that was the date it was issued last year, so you’d expect it around then.

Link below to results for year end June 2022, which are rather irrelevant IMO but may be of some interest. As stated therein, 2022 has clearly been a frustrating year with the weather causing delays but hopefully they are through that now and we can look forward to positive results in the coming weeks from the recent investigations.

You would hope that any joint venture negotiations can be tied up in the short term based on these results as a number of the potential partners were previously in discussions with Tectonic and just needed the additional information that completion of this drilling campaign should provide. That’s when we can expect to see the share price revalue.

COMPLETION OF DRILLING AND DRILL WARRANT NOTICE

Tectonic Gold plc (TDIM: TTAU), the Intrusive related Gold System exploration
company, is pleased to announce completion of the drilling campaign at the
Specimen Hill project in Queensland, Australia.

Highlights:

* 350m deep diamond core below Goldsmith's Reef completed, intersecting
bullseye geophysical target below high-grade historic mine.
* Ideal conditions enabled a second 180m deep hole to be completed
intersecting an adjacent geophysical target.
* Selected mineralised core samples were split and prepared on site for
assay, prior to demobilisation.
* Assays pending.
* Joint venture discussions to be pursued.




And they aren’t extending the warrants any further as they don’t need the cash.

Remobilisation drilling update

Tectonic Gold plc (TDIM: TTAU), the Intrusive Related Gold System ("IRGS")
explorer, is pleased to report the recommencement of drilling at the Company's
flagship Specimen Hill project in Queensland, Australia, on the high grade
Goldsmiths Reef mine.

Highlights:

* 350m deep diamond core at Goldsmith's Reef to be completed, targeting
bullseye geophysical target below high-grade historic mine.
* Assays returned grades of 8.17g/t Au over 1m in distal veins in the last
ten meters before the hole was suspended due to bad weather
* The primary target zone is at 200m+
* Expect to complete drilling in two weeks with assays reported shortly
thereafter
* Will provide further updates at the VSA Capital - Aquis Investor Showcase
on 29th November.

"Field reconnaissance during September confirmed the ground conditions were
suitable to remobilise, however a general shortage of rigs delayed our restart
until earlier this week. We began drilling yesterday and with a week of good
weather forecast we expect to complete this final hole left over from the 2021
campaign and have samples off to the lab for assay in the next two weeks.

This is an exciting hole for the Company as we are chasing the extension of a
known high-grade system that has been mined close to surface. The intersection
of narrow, high-grade, veins just before we were forced to suspend the campaign
is very encouraging. These veins are presenting at about 110m, well before the
target zone and we hope to see convergence of these distal veins as we close in
on the target zone.

This is a relatively quick campaign and we expect to have assays back within
weeks of the completion.

These results will fill out our data package for discussions with potential
joint venture partners and the recent corporate activity on the gold sector is
encouraging.

We will have in-field geological analysis completed in time for the VSA Capital
- Aquis Investor Showcase on the 29th of November and look forward to sharing

I wonder if the warrant exercise date will be extended again from the existing 30 November. As much as I’d like to think the share price will be above 1.4p in the next 3 weeks, that looks less and less likely. Regardless, we are well overdue an update on progress.

“Subscribers under the September 2020 fundraising received a warrant on a one-for- one basis whereby each warrant entitled the holder to subscribe for a new Ordinary share at 1.4p per share at any time prior to the expiry of 30 days after the Company publishes the results of its drilling programme (the “Drill Warrants”). These warrants were due to expire 1 July 2022 but to avoid 1.4p warrant holders being prejudiced by project delays, the Company has decided to extend the warrant exercise date to 30 November 2022. It is anticipated this will provide sufficient time to have the drilling completed and assays processed for reporting.”

QUEENSLAND COPPER GOLD CAMPAIGN UPDATE

Tectonic Gold plc (TDIM: TTAU) the Intrusive Related Gold System ("IRGS")
explorer, is pleased to announce additional assay results and remobilisation of
the exploration team to the Specimen Hill project to prepare for drilling.

Highlights:

1. 72.7g/t Au and 1.14% Cu returned from surface sampling north of Goldsmith's
Reef.
2. SHDD34, the last hole drilled at Goldsmiths Reef intersected, a mineralised
interval of 8.17g/t Au over 1m (2m @ 4.36g/t Au) from 110m below
Goldsmith's Reef workings but well above the intended target zone.
3. Access roads and drill pad preparation completed
4. Drilling rig booked for second week of October to complete program

Two London juniors with news of mining permits granted. AQSE quoted Tectonic Gold and AIM quoted Kazera Global announces that Whale Head Minerals Pty Ltd, the Company’s Heavy Mineral Sands Joint Venture in South Africa, with Kazera Global Investments Plc, has been awarded a Mining Permit. Tectonic has a 40% economic interest in the permit JV, 10% equity interest. 3Mt JORC resources grading 61% heavy mineral. £150m estimated NPV. Following the grant of the Permit, the Walviskop mine is expected to generate positive cashflow from operations within the next six months and produce circa 6,000 tons of HMS per month, achieving an estimated gross profit in excess of US$ 300,000 per month at current prices.
