Tectonic Gold Plc Drill Warrant Extension and Project Update

Tectonic Gold plc (TDIM: TTAU), is pleased to announce that progress is being
made towards remobilising the ground crew to complete the drilling campaign at
Specimen Hill. Work has begun to clear tracks in preparation for remobilising
heavy equipment at site and to complete diamond coring below the historic high
grade mine at Goldsmith's Reef.

Subscribers under the September 2020 fundraising received a warrant on a
one-for-one basis whereby each warrant entitled the holder to subscribe for a
new Ordinary share at 1.4p per share at any time prior to the expiry of 30 days
after the Company publishes the results of its drilling programme (the "Drill
Warrants"). These warrants were due to expire 1 July 2022 but to avoid 1.4p
warrant holders being prejudiced by project delays, the Company has decided to
extend the warrant exercise date to 30 November 2022. It is anticipated this
will provide sufficient time to have the drilling completed and assays
processed for reporting.

The Company is fully funded to return to the field and complete the final
drilling, so there is no immediate need for the £1.17 million in warrant
funding.

Thanks for posting goneawol, I’d missed this one. Good to get back on the ground and hopefully we’ll get some positive news soon so we can tie up some JV investor deals.

Here’s the RNS in case anyone hasn’t seen it

"We are very happy to be back on the ground after such a long forced break. Fingers crossed we have no more rain and we can get the heavy equipment back onto the Goldsmith's Reef target in the weeks ahead. If we can get sufficient information from this campaign we will be looking to put maiden resource numbers together, but the primary aim is to complete the due diligence package for prospective joint venture investors." - Brett Boynton

I believe there are not many shares in 'soft hands' really. I added 1m to our holdings a couple of months ago, but 1m more would have added 10% to the price on the day. So if you think the company will come good, I suggest swallowing the dealing cost and just ordering a few 00,000 a day, every other day. I think that'll get you the best price.

But don't hang about too long, as there are good reasons to hope that at least the SA HMS permit will go through in three months. Then we should be on an upward journey from which the price will not look back, as the company can demonstrate long-term value, even before any successful Queensland gold JV.

You can't buy many shares automatically. To buy 800k, I had to route it through to a dealer. There is probably a liquidity issue and trades greater than a couple of thousand quid have to be dealt by a human.

goneawol yes that makes sense as the first time I dealt I had to call them and they lifted the restriction that day. Since then I have been able to add without issues (depending on availability in the market of course).

Thanks GBCol.

I tried buying in my AJ Bell SIPP last year but the share was 'restricted from dealing'. I queried this and was told that TTAU was not available on the platform, and that it was a 'business decision' and 'the block will not be lifted'.

I hadn't checked since. It's good to see it's now available.

Great webinar, the next three months should be interesting.

I hold my shares with AJ Bell in a SIPP.

The VSA webinar with Brett was very interesting. He comes across as very knowledgeable but also straight talking and honest. If that turns out to be the case then we are in for some very good returns here.

I can't buy in my ISA with Iwebsharedealing.

Just put an order in for £2k worth couldn't get a live quote.

Also been listening to the VSA chat. We should set up a new board with the share price.

Cheers,

George

Been a few delays for primarily Covid & weather reasons but sounds like this is coming to the boil in the next 2-3 months. FWIW I have added a couple more chunks this morning. Don’t want to sound like a ramper but this could easily 10 bag in fairly short timescales (that’s the indications from VSA & Tectonic anyway which to me has some credibility).
