This goldie seems to have slipped through the net. Market Cap of just £2m, where are they traded?

As an old stratmin global shareholder I have followed events and like the prospects and note the fundraising. I am encouraged by the fact that the warrants are priced at 0.7
And instead of directors fees they are vested in options which are only exercisable when the shares are one pence for 30 consecutive days. Both these amounts are well in excess of the current price. So today bought half a million shares but on the system they are showing as a sell !

All explained in the 18th December RNS from TTAU. Finalising a change in the ownership of the SA Tectonic diamond project has led to the postponement of the annual audit necessitating a temporary suspension of the share.

A further positive RNS this morning with some momentum finally building.SA diamond mine now fully funded under TTAU management and we retain a 10 per cent interest with £100k in the bank on completion. Looking forward to further news on our gold exploration assets in Aus in the new year and particularly entry onto the main market when a proper valuation of both projects can be made

RNS this morning on the sale of Triputi Graphite. No mention of diamond mining in SA which was supposed to be helping to finance our gold exploration from September or as you know the annual report. All a little worrying
