On Monday 22 January 2024, Kevin Rountree, Chief Executive Officer of Games Workshop, acquired 252 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company under the Group Sharesave Scheme at a price of GBP71.4267 per share.
