08/2/2019 21:10 | Thx Vog. what about ATC accumulated losses? | mhin2
08/2/2019 20:44 | Mhin2 I think the accumulated losses in DSS are about £23m | the vogon
08/2/2019 20:26 | What a shock. Could somebody that knows about the area confirm that this is about trying to utilise/maximise tax losses. After all why have ATC BOD decided to relist based on this reverse takeover by a company that is essentially defunct. I am inclined, at the moment, to agree, but want to read what others think about If it is about tax losses what is the cumulative value of these? How might we still get shafted by the `Bests' of this world? I live very close to Beckenham, and can deliver my share certificates by hand (dont trust the post), however I could transfer the share certificates to my HL account...does anybody know how long that would take and how much it might cost? | mhin2
08/2/2019 17:48 | Some great chat over in the LSE website at the moment. | garykc
08/2/2019 16:25 | Agreed garykc but then of course there never is a real valuation of a Company. Research notes make a stab at it but at the end of the day, it's the investment community which decides the value. | the vogon
08/2/2019 16:19 | Listing application made to UKLA this afternoon | xow98
08/2/2019 16:06 | I wish The Vogan. Only a research note not a true valuation as far as I am aware. 0.4p would be good though!!!! | garykc
08/2/2019 15:54 | Here to be shot down but..... Based on hxxp://www.atlanticc Then: Shares in issue 7,042,568,560 (per Companies House) Value in US$ 86,800,000 (as SEETHRU Equity) Share Price US$ 0.012325 GBP/USD 1.30 Share Price £ 0.0095 = 0.95p BUT we will only have 90% of the new ACG so perhaps 0.85p but of course it will all be up to market forces. edit: I should say that there will most likely (IMHO) be a fund raising when it comes back to market. | the vogon
08/2/2019 15:47 | I seem to remember The co assets worth 0.4p ps at last results | toptrump1
08/2/2019 15:45 | Right anyone made sense of this? Iv got share certificate and recieved this documents today in the post? Anyone have an idea what they are actually offering? | mozyali
08/2/2019 15:05 | My 12m are with HL. Nothing showing yet. Anyone hazard a guess at what price these will float at as very woolly as always. Cheers | garykc
08/2/2019 14:12 | Marmar, mine are certificated as I suspected they all were but I might be wrong on that count. | the vogon
08/2/2019 13:19 | Thank you. I didn't receive anything yet. Do you hold the ACG shares in a certificated form or kept on the account as delisted? | marmar80
08/2/2019 13:04 | No marmar. You will be able to accept an offer for your shares and DSS will be renamed Atlantic Carbon. It's all just a means to an end. I've received documentation from DSS so presumably you will as well. | the vogon
08/2/2019 12:51 | Does it mean that the ACG will no longer exists and it will be fully owned by a broker? | marmar80
08/2/2019 11:49 | Any link to this info? | marmar80
08/2/2019 10:57 | Well it's happening now. It's being folded into the now defunct Daniel Stewart Securities with the intention of listing that on the main market. terms are 1.5587 DSS shares per 1 ACG share but what value that actually attributes to ACG, heaven knows. ACG will be 90% of the new Company with DSS holders retaining 10%. Net assets of DSS are naf all but there are significant losses carried forward which should be of benefit. | the vogon
06/1/2019 15:13 | In their defence though, they didn't actually say which New Year!!!! | garykc
01/1/2019 08:50 | New tweet. Still working on the relisting apparently and more news in the New Year. Yawn. | garykc
28/12/2018 13:10 | Bit more chatter on the LSE site. | garykc
04/12/2018 11:05 | They sure are taking their time on the relisting; which is no real surprise with them. Still nothing whatsoever on the submission of the relisting application; which they said they were planning to do before end of this year. So much for "trying" to build a bit of confidence in what they say...... I might as well give up on that now. | smalltimer
04/12/2018 07:28 | Thanks TTNY2004 for the information. I just cant see a valuation of even 0.5p. They will raise more funds for their lifestyles and to pay themselves extortionate interest rates on loans. Doubt we will even get 0.2p to be honest. And that is a big if, they relist.............. | garykc
03/12/2018 18:58 | Maybe finally after the long and long wait it will be worth it if listed between 0.5p and 0.9p. Last sale of shares was 0.5p and research note values 0.9p. Both much higher than when shares were delisted. Just frustrating that this relisting seems such a long drawn process. | ttny2004 |
