Looking at a similar company Archcoal, not just anthracite in US both coking and thermal markets . Looks good for ATC.

hxxp://investor.archcoal.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=107109&p=irol-newsArticle&ID=2372844

During the quarter just ended, Arch signed commitments for roughly 2.9 million tons of coking coal for delivery in 2019. Approximately 1.5 million tons of that total was for delivery to North American customers, with roughly 500,000 tons at a fixed price of $124.44 per ton and the remainder at market-based pricing. The fixed price business for 2019 was approximately $25 per ton higher than the level at which Arch settled North American business last year.

Looking ahead, Arch is well-positioned to capitalize on sustained strength in global coking and international thermal markets, while generating solid margins in a tough but improving domestic thermal marketplace.

Just need to get this listing announced!!!

And yet another post just made on twitter:

"Jeansville Mine
"It's not all plain sailing!"
2018 has been one of the wettest in North East Pennsylvania for many years."

Good we are now getting plenty of communication from them. But bad there is still nothing on the relist!

Garykc, at least if they were travelling by boat with the document, we would be able to track them. See they have just made another post on twitter, but still no mention of submitting a relisting application nor a date for the relist. They posted:
'Spring Mountain - Wet Slope Mine.
Super quality Mammoth Seam coal 21 November 2018.
We'll go home happy day before Thanksgiving Holiday.'

Maybe Captain Pugwash aboard the MV Black Pig has the relisting documents with him.

What we really need is an app to show ACG making their way to the LSE to submit their relisting application!

ACG have done another post on twitter:-

''ACG Major Anthracite Export Shipment to Europe

The MV Ever Gallant with a 28,000 metric tons cargo of ACG anthracite sailed from Fairless Hills near Philadelphia on 15th November bound for Antwerp. The cargo is destined for a variety of customers in mainland Europe and the UK.''

Are they going to miss, yet again, another of their relisting targets; this time for the submission of a relisting application? Their last post on Twitter was : ''ACG Relisting. Appication to be submiited to LSE this year but actual listing now probably Q1 2019''. Wouldn't be surprised......time will tell.......

They have alloted a lot of shares to themselves plus family loans at 15%pa. That is explaining the high valuation before listing, if any.

All very nice and twee isn't it. Just another excuse as far as I can see to remain private and screw other investors into financing the company. How the hell can you possibly value a company at over 11 times delisting price. Would happily eat my hamster if this comes to fruition.

Debt is still very high. Can you remember debt level on delisting day?

Delisting price was 0.09p this theoretical price is about 1.00p.But bear in mind-

" The company discussed in this report has paid fifteen thousand
dollars in fees to SeeThruEquity for some or all of the above described services"

Looks like we are sharing not only Hawk but also ATC pain..

"Our price target of $0.012 suggests an enterprise value of$153.9mn. This represents a valuation of7.1x2019E estimated EBITDA of $21.8, which we would view as justified given the company’s focused exposureto high quality anthracite coal"

Is this target same as the delisting price was?

Could be interesting going forward, or could be disappointing. We will have to wait and see.

Great summing up chrisgail. Its because they have been so devious in the past (don't know who this individual is who says going private is the best option for example) it gives us little or no trust in whatever they say.
I'm just not confident they will get the best for the shareholders, only for lining their own pockets.
I hope I am wrong this time round. Time will only tell.

Come on give them a tiny break. Coal prices are rising. They USA have a president who is protecting home markets, coal for example, the price of quality coal is rising. They have got a Company to commence coverage and write a bullish report, something that needs to happen to get institutional support for any market listing. Isn't it better to wait for 2019 and get the right price than go too early and get less. We have all suffered for a long time, a little more doesn't really matter, lets try and get full valuation.

Indeed, gary, although I think the delisting price was a bit of a fudge anyway because I seem to recall that it was about 0.12p just before delisting. My cost was about 0.15p but I think I may have paid a lot less than most people who probably bought in much earlier than me. So I don't know what price would be needed to keep the longer term holders happy.

Max 0.25p. This from a 0.09p delisting price.
