Huge amount of money here.....lots of which is being paid to the directors. They have hugely increased their remuneration in the year. A massive increase ...


1,780,040 from 930,563 in total.......one more director of course but BIG increases last year. Adam Wilson 90 per cent etc.

Not even going to look as no point. Unless of course they announce dividend payments, which will NEVER, EVER happen as they are too busy lining their own troughs!!!! As always!!!!

Short announcements on website (copied below, in full):

1. Atlantic Carbon Group plc announces that it has entered into a Coal
Purchase and Marketing Agreement with Reading Anthracite Company for
North American anthracite sales.


2. Atlantic Carbon plc and Hiller Carbon, LLC. have a joint entity Hazleton Hiller which operates a state of the art coal drying facility located in Hazleton, PA. The recent addition of rail service will expand sales volumes and increase revenue for both organizations. Adam Wilson, Executive Chairmen stated “the relationship with Hiller is a cornerstone of our anthracite coal supply plan to the steel and foundry
markets. We have a long-term supply relationship with Hiller Carbon and plans are in place to further expand our joint capabilities”. Martin Hiller, CEO of Hiller Carbon commented that the company remains committed to the Atlantic Carbon plc relationship both from the joint venture dryer and the
Atlantic processing facilities”.
