in the Company to be admitted to the Official List as follows:


* 398,737 in full settlement of the remaining final consideration for
the acquisition of Su Yeang Design Pte Ltd on 14 September 2000;


* 6,290,080 relating to the share element of the final consideration for
the acquisition of The Red Consultancy Group Limited on 16 February 2001.


Admission is expected to become effective on Thursday, 9 October 2003.
