Admission to Trading Application

Oxford, UK - 27 April 2026: OXB (LSE: OXB), a quality and innovation-led cell and gene therapy CDMO, today announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading of 40,801 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares").

The requested admission relates to ordinary shares which have been alloted under:

·      OXB Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)

·      OXB Sharesave Scheme (SAYE)

·      OXB Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS)

It is expected that admission becomes effective on 30 April 2026. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares in issue.
