25/4/2024 07:33 | "The Company has funded its operations in the year from the return of the RIWAQ deposit and the initial receipt of cash from the sale of the Cyprus assets. On 15 March 2024, the Company announced a raise of c£250,000. In addition to this funding, the Company is expecting a further receipt of funds from its sale of the Cyprus assets and is confident that various fund raising opportunities are available in the coming months and therefore the Committee, whilst they draw attention to the material uncertainty that exists at the date of these accounts, nevertheless consider it appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. The going concern statement is detailed in full in note 3 of the consolidated financial statements." Outstanding sum from the sale of Cyprus assets is $214,251 The Company has the ability to place a further 2.7 million shares held by itself to raise additional finance without dilution to the current shareholders and is aware of further funding sources, as stated below, that are expected to be available to the Company in the immediate future. The Company is also expected to receive a further $214,521 (£181,254) from the sale of its Cyprus assets. The Board have made the judgement that the receivable is more likely than not to be recovered, however, since the timing of the payments is expected over the next two years, a provision of £79,256 has been made against this amount as at 31 December 2023 (see Note 14). The Company is also in discussions with a strategic investor which has communicated its commitment to providing the Company with sufficient working capital for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, to be provided during the second quarter of 2024. From the 2023 annual accounts. DYOR. G. | garth

05/4/2024 16:30 | The guy who said A couple of months ago that this would hit 1p was bang on the money, sadly. | corrientes1
27/3/2024 10:50 | Operational update and a TR-1From the map images provided in the update, the project does appear to be situated in a very central sweet spot.Long way to go though.G. | garth
20/3/2024 14:32 | Not helped at the moment by The HUM effect etc. Most investors probably believe more than ever that virtually all AIM miners are run by crooks only interested in drawing their fees, and much publicised resources are just the PR to enable that to happen. Either this company will just disappear into the aether fairly shortly,or given the present cap it might just turn out to be be one of the best investments in years. . Tossing a coin is probably the best way to predict this company's future, but at least at the moment there's no mining euphoria with crazy share prices pulling in more idiots so the only way has to be down. That's already happened ! | corrientes1
19/3/2024 21:00 | I cannot believe this drop, bonkers market cap for this now, wish I had waited to buy in,but can't win them all, hopefully this is the bottom now. | bri15
19/3/2024 13:34 | The market cap here is one of the lowest I have ever seen for a junior mining company, especially with the results from the last samples,I can see a JV with one of the big boys, then watch out share price 👍 | bri15
18/3/2024 22:21 | Copper going nuts in the USA More days of copper squeeze and investors in the UK will be looking at CMRS as its tiny Mcap and assets in Morocco, not the usual African corrupt countries Boom coming | profit7
18/3/2024 21:39 | 10m shares bought by EV metals director at 3.5p Yes 3.5p just few weeks ago, Before Jason Cropper sold his 23% holdings. All done and dusted. Expect onwards and upwards Boom | profit7
18/3/2024 21:35 | Works now,hope administration doesn't take it down. | bri15
18/3/2024 21:29 | Anyone who thinks this company is a shame should watch the proactive interview our CEO gave a number of months ago,he came across as very knowledgeable indeed, very enthusiastic, and very pleasant,I did try and post a link but couldn't get it to work. | bri15
18/3/2024 20:45 | On a positive, whoever they are, they have put over £400K into this, now worth less than half that,so if they looking at making profit on them the share price needs to rise considerably HIGHER! | bri15
18/3/2024 20:35 | Only concern I got is who are KM securities? Nothing on internet about them yet they bought 10,000,000 shares in January,£375K's worth, plus took 2 million more in last week's placing, all I know is Mr Thompson owns 50% of the company, but what is the company? | bri15
18/3/2024 19:55 | Noureddine's credentials check out ok, not much info about Mr Long on the Web, company Website professionally done,if they have had the money owed, plus the placing, should be enough for 3-4 months,so the £2.5K i stuck in this today will be there until hopefully good news on a partner in Morocco,or similar news elsewhere. | bri15
18/3/2024 16:26 | Plonker. It's your nonsensical statements that are enormous. | corrientes1
18/3/2024 16:20 | Copper grades are enormous, I can't believe this is still £700k Mcap 10 bagger would be £7m Boom coming | profit7
18/3/2024 16:08 | If the idiot rampers stopped their nonsense, this share might eventually get some serious attention. All the ignorant rampers do is to succeed in putting doubts into peoples' heads so as to make this company look like a scam, the market being the way it is today. I suppose though, that the low cap will tempt the very very short termers. | corrientes1
18/3/2024 15:46 | Huge opportunity here as copper going higher | profit7 |
