Cant be long now, its been well over a month since their intentions were announced. the Website I suspect will also go live once the strategy is announced. Still showing under construction.

Volumes are light and any buying pressure will send the share price through the roof, especially if we get a very upbeat RNS (Which I expect). With those 10 million shares in the treasury just 50 million in issue, with well over 50% in tight hands. Should be the perfect STORM brewing. Lets hope so.

Thanks for the above links "the Modeller" interesting and exciting reading if one is invested here. Saudi opening itself up for serious mining activity looks and is a big positive for CMRS.

RNS regarding Due diligence completion expected on any day now. EVM are firmly planted in Saudi and their Saudi processing plant is expanding. Very nice having Big Brother waiting for Caerus once they fully arrive in Saudi. Should be able to hold their hand right up to production and beyond.

The Next update will be significant I feel, the last 3 months has seen the BOD strengthen and then clear the decks for 2023.

The last RNS regarding the closure of the Cyprus assets and informing us of the move to operating in Saudi and beyond is IMO more significant than the share price points too. The following so to speak in the footsteps of EVM, shows who is running Caerus in reality. EV Metals really needs CMRS as their vehicle for future Growth.

And EVM aren't going to fail, therefore neither is CMRS, as it establishes itself in its FIRST new Geography. Big opportunity here if you can read between the lines.

Having EV metals effectively watching CMRS back, like a Big Brother, makes this a No Brainer. But I get Brains in general are in high demand also:0)

So not wishing to appear blasé. Or Rampish, I see no reason why this wont 10 or 20 Bag from here...In due course.

Dependent on how things pan out, with only 50 Mill available stock, most or a big chunk in EV Metals and others hands. A £40 mill Mkt cap, gives an share price near 80p.


And anything from a £25-£75 Million Mkt Cap, for a company that will I have no doubt, be mining a variety of Minerals, that are in increasingly high demand.

Quoted 5.88p for 50,000 might buy those in the morning as once Saudi deal announced 5.88p will look a gift. Trying to build a holding here but its difficult as anything of size say 100k or 250K im being quoted way over offer.

But I get the scepticism its rare one finds a trustworthy BOD on Aim or the Main Market. I would say we have that here. Thats unique.

Thought this was Main Market? But that aside, how many companies get nearly 17% of their issued stock back from past renegade Directors? Not many.

EV Metals virtually own this now, they need it as their vehicle. Its going to out perform BIG Time once CMRS settle theirselves into Saudi Arabia. Directors here nearly all cross related or 2 are to EV Metals board:) With their options set at way NORTH of 10p..

I suspect this will surprise many in 2023 and beyond

Hope you're right but all this optimism was spouted when the previous management was in power and look what happened when they totally mismanaged. Maybe this share is really for sharks to catch the unwary, but then so many AIM shares, share the same characteristics !
