Saudi news dropping here any day. With those 10 million returned shares just 50 mill in free float but most locked up. I got a few, but buying a decent size is impossible

MMs want 5.5p for just 100k. Decent RNS drops here, which is overdue and share price here could and should move like quicksilver. Real difficult to buy in quantity. Managed 50k just now, but tried another and being quoted 5.4p:)

Should get a proper update soon, Website still being finalised but I suspect cannot be put live till the Company gives a proper heads up as to the 2023 direction.

Been adding small amounts trying not to trigger a sharp share price rise.

All looking good now for the future, seems buyers so far have missed the importance of what the BOD have been doing. Todays RNS highlights to me any way that the share price here, has so far, not at all caught up with the potential CMRS offers.

I mentioned the website awhile back.

New one on its way so a Fresh and Positive start for the New look Caerus.

Well what's the further bad news then ? Mind you, in these thin markets, moves can be exaggerated.

RNS 21/11/22: The Company has also negotiated a one-off payment, expected to be effected in the new year, which will contribute significantly towards the value lost by previous management decisions.

See last sentence copied below: Commenting Chris Lambert, Chairman, stated:

The successful sale of the Company's Cyprus portfolio follows the new management's extensive review of the business and is an important milestone in Caerus' evolution. The transaction secures funds for the Company and removes legal exposure to BMG Resources Limited and its disputed A$2m put option. As announced in November, the sale follows the important steps taken by the board to implement enhanced corporate governance within the Company. This has led to the recovery of value for shareholders via the settlement with previous directors that saw the return of 4.9m Company shares, the cancellation of 10.9m warrants and a one-off payment.

Well not wishing to be pedantic, but after looking at the companies website.

hxxps://caerusmineralresources.com

Looks like its stuck in 2021 IE videos, partners (jubilee Metals etc)are dated and incorrect.

Indeed it looks like it's not been updated or refreshed for months, general house keeping I would say is missing here. Might seem minor, but it always makes me think things are lack lustre, if company managers neglect their websites.

After all, it's the only window investors and potential investors have, in to any company.

So for me.

I feel better, when a company I am holding, is up to date and keeps a fresh, clean and up to the minute web portal.

beetroot juice,I am sure the board would embrace EV Metals essentially reversing into CMRS at a fair value recognising it as a hugely accretive event for all parties. Wrt the future I think we will see some strategy RNSs in due course.Fingeys X-ed gang . . .-TM

That would be nice. I suppose with the Director options, set to be available in full @ 17p (if I recalled correctly, without looking at the RNS).

Then they will want a substantial return, over and above 17 pence.

Need to know what the Directors intend to do, to start creating monies here for Caerus. Ok having licenses, projects etc, but when will metals be extracted out the ground?

And in what Quantity.

Anyway. 7p looks pretty cheap.

But if EV Metals patriate their operations to this full London listing, then, winner, winner, chicken dinner for CMRS shareholders.

EVM pulling the Strings here. Looks like the reclamation of prior directors stock, aided the issuing of loan Notes and removed any threat that EVM will ever get voted down:)

Interesting Stock here. If Allowed to run before EVM take it out and if the Management are not just 100% EVMs puppets, then 50p Per Share = Even with loan notes converted just a £35 mill Mkt Cap.

Lets see if the next news lets the Mkt know how CMRS will create real value for ALL shareholders not just their Puppet Masters in OZ.

Looking good now for Caerus, the last series of RNS releases, shows that the Board have taken a serious look, into the shenanigans of the Morons who ran the show before.

So much so, they gave their shares back, rather than?

Well who knows. But you dont hand over that stock, unless you have the Sword of Damocles hanging over your head.

The Options are perfect, no new stock just distributing, on performance, the re-claimed shares (or some of them).

Expecting the next RNS to be very Juicy, with some exciting news regarding the pathway forwards. Bought a few this morning and on IG Index being quoted way over offer for anything over 50k.

Could move quickly here.

RNS 21.11.2022:

The current BoD must have taken a deep dive into the Co to agree with the former directors: 1) a termination of c.10m of their warrants; 2) a return of c.5m their shares; and

The Company has also negotiated a one-off payment, expected to be effected in the new year, which will contribute significantly towards the value lost by previous management decisions.
