Harbour Energy PLC should also be on the list if you scroll through. Go to PMO on advfn, then change the ticker at top to HBR, if you are not doing this already.

Ta. Got a message from HL stating that they are awaiting the allocation of the shares in crest and as soon as they get the shares the clients will be allocated.
