That may be but pmo holders will only benefit from 5.6% of it As they will only benefit from 5.6% of a future sale of Zama As they will only benefit from 5.6% of a future development of the FI assets Whichever way you look at it legacy shareholders have been shafted whereas debt-holders have had a get out of jail card handed to them For new holders that’s irrelevant of course There is upside but IMO it’s limited to perhaps the equivalent of maybe 40p to 50p I may hold my new HE shares for future dividend and modest growth Approaching B/E so decisions to be made in the near future

Here’s one for Laurel and hardy, £4bn in tax credits on pmo books which they probably would not have used, but after the merger they can get used, add that back into your company valuation imho dyor

Used to have these shares a while back and sold at £1.20. Lost interest totally, until yesterday and bought back in at 24p. Any indications of starting share price when Harbour is official? I've not owned shares in a merger before so not certain of the process

Posted all this on the GKP board.Good luck Longstock at joining you after 1st April NEXT WEEK 70$ OIL ??........The decline in crude oil production of 1.1 mb/d last week relative to the week before, which brought US oil production below 10 mb/d, is just an estimate, an educated guess. I think is larger than that and might exceed 2 mb/d as an average for the week. #oil #OOTTNEXT WEEK 70$ OIL ?????

Since U.S. oil and refined products stocks peaked in mid July, they have fallen by ~195m barrels, resulting in a decrease of ~898,000 b/d. The oil cannot remain as undersupplied as it's currently, so either OPEC+ boost supply, or prices will rise to encourage shale output | #OOTT

CHART OF THE DAY: The big rebalancing has almost concluded, with the U.S. bringing total oil and products inventories (including SPR, where some crude commercial stock were parked) to near 1-year low, almost eliminating all the build up between Feb-to-July 2020 | #OOTT https://t.co/PM5h3JmJWJ

Oil now over $67 a barrel nowIt was relentless buys today with the price not moving much due to a seller off loading a million shares which have been snapped up hence now shown in Trades and the 8% riseHopefully another good day with bigger gains tomorrow
