All of Premier's cross-currency hedge counterparties have entered into a binding support letter which means that the English restructuring plan in respect of Premier Oil Holdings Limited is no longer required.Hence going in front of Scotish LawSo a gentleman's agreement been made on paper So they are buying more bad debt hence adding to shortSo my next question is it from a company already we knowl of or new debt

Marky, The million or so shares they are forward selling every couple of days is a drop in the Ocean when we know 3.3 billion creditor shares will be out there soon. If I were a ramper I would question why the other creditors aren't adopting a similar stance to Melqart? I've said before the control the convertible bond holders had over the share price during the VWAP period in the last refinancing was a joy to witness, that was followed by them propelling this to recent highs when big Tone offered them some more sweeteners to convert early so who knows what control they will have with 3.3 billion shares. That is not a gamble I'm prepared to take but I wish you and the rest of the gang luck. Night.

Steve, I don't recall them being mentioned in the prospectus but I may have missed it. They will be rolled over into the new business and given the protection they were afforded against dilution you should do well out of them. Good luck.

Creditors who were holding short positions voted in the recent 22nd February meeting to convert their short positions into equity,so I presume after the vote the door shut that day so any new shorts they wont get equity in new company So dont understand why adding to .the short as holding the price down when they are better off letting the price rise

Does anyone have any idea of what will happen to the warrants from the last refinancing? IIRC they expires in mid 2022. Also, they were at just over 42p when originally issued, but the anti-dilutive properties had already dropped it to c. 41p or possibly even less.. with the dilution coming with the RTO, they ought to be much less to convert....if they still have any validity..

Still never answered the valid question, Did your “demise of PMO prophecy” ever factor in the actual causes of the PMO demise ? Namely; - Russia/Saudi oil price war - Covid I can safely assume not So why are you basking in your self-glory every hour of every day at your self proclaimed superlative prediction? There is a word for that and it’s “DELUSIONAL221; Good luck !

andynice takedownim glad this is such a happy board now, you would think going from 120p to 29p via 11p would have chased away all but the most deluded denial types where they just keep throwing money at the same problem hoping for a different resultoh hang on...
