30/4/2024 13:40 | Well I stand by my word she would be called Malcolm and her dad would be marginally wealthier LOL | oneillshaun
30/4/2024 00:34 | Thanks oneillshaun but what if your next child is a girl? Imo 25p- 30p is achievable | malcolmmm
29/4/2024 14:28 | Malcom if this hits 30p ever again I will name my next child after you | oneillshaun
29/4/2024 11:05 | Can't see them selling myself.bought in at 16p but I am not selling under 30p | malcolmmm
29/4/2024 09:08 | They managed to fix their eu assets then sold them at good price. If they focus 100% on the USA and know-how to expand they could make good returns. We still do not have a new CFO, if they do not hire in the next few weeks, then I can only assume the rest of the business is for sale. | km85
27/4/2024 15:03 | Prior RNS claimed the US business represented 55% of expected revenues for FY23. Half year results "Europe Sports revenues are expected to grow year on year, following growth in H1 2023" Sell it a few months later. I'll be disappointed if this is still around in a few months... | danieldruff2
27/4/2024 14:48 | Exactly my view. We should have greater clarity on the viability / strength of the remaining US business with the new accounts in a few weeks. | northwards
26/4/2024 21:16 | Well, it could be either way. Knowing xlm history of destroying capital/assets. What is left is the three USA acquisitions alongside their media partnership contracts. Some of those assets are not yet producing any cash. Some are making fair amount of money. The only way to tell is to read the new report once the non USA assets are cleared away from the statements. | km85
26/4/2024 18:51 | My concern is after the cash has allocated to shareholders etc what is really left and what is the value of that business? In my mind I see the price dropping big time once the cash split.I have seen a a lot XL media staff update linked in due to the acquisition so overheads should drop nicely. | oneillshaun
26/4/2024 11:04 | Will be intrigued by numbers coming out for the pure US focussed business. Should get clarity on overheads and revenues which will make things easier to assess how viable the US business is. With the last earn out done & dusted, and significant cash now in the bank, things could get interesting. Time will tell. | northwards
26/4/2024 09:37 | oneillshaun noted. | farmergeorge
26/4/2024 08:34 | SCSW were quite positive on this one | malcolmmm
26/4/2024 07:22 | Let's see if we keep these gains or straight back down | oneillshaun
25/4/2024 15:33 | No rumours | oneillshaun
25/4/2024 13:27 | Yes, I've noticed, Is there any tangible news? | farmergeorge
25/4/2024 13:01 | Some nice activity | oneillshaun
24/4/2024 21:26 | 20m US just been paid and another 10m in 5 months. Numbers around the ongoing US business will be interesting, and hopefully digestible as a single business entity. | northwards
24/4/2024 19:35 | If this company had any intention of continuing it wouldn't have sold its Europe and Canada assets. Let's hope it is kindly put to sleep soon. Three 200k trades today, all look like buys. | danieldruff2
24/4/2024 14:02 | Fingers crossed for positive news. We are growing old and poor waiting for this. | farmergeorge
24/4/2024 13:28 | Did I miss read, if I recall correctly it was full year would be released in April.Well no excuses for May plenty of time to figure out how little shareholders will be getting back, I predict 2p per share. | oneillshaun
24/4/2024 11:08 | appreciate everyone will have see the RNS but pleasantly surprised to actually receive a response to an e mail from XLM this morning .... Thank you for your email regarding XLMedia plc. I believe you will have already received an alert directly, but I can confirm the Company has today announced it will be publishing results for the year ended 31 December 2023 on Friday 17 May 2024. Full details can be found in this morning's announcement, which can be viewed here: Kind regards, Fiona On behalf of XLMedia plc | oldboy1
23/4/2024 16:23 | Results due by end April I hear. Not sure we'll get much special divided clarity. Perhaps that adds to the entire sell rumours. | northwards
23/4/2024 13:18 | Daniel My employment with XL was many years ago now and the company was very different, that was the time when they paid dividends. But I agree that it will all be sold very soon and predicted 20p tops. | oneillshaun
22/4/2024 18:02 | Looking at the sequence of RNS over the last year, it looks like the major shareholder wants the business sold. Past RNS gives the impression they had a try and found that a US acquirer would not want the non-US assets, which have now gone. I reckon they are going to sell the lot this year, and it wouldn't surprise me at all in they are in talks right now. So tell us Shaun, as an ex-employee, what is your view on a good takeout price from here? | danieldruff2
22/4/2024 11:05 | Tick tok.....1 month since the big news and no update the hope that XL media would stop treating shareholders like mushrooms was just wishful thinking.Let hope for the full year update is positive others this will be sub 10p again in no time. | oneillshaun |
