23/6/2026 12:04:22 | Its not supposition, its known within the industry. I don't know why the info has yet to be released, maybe there are a couple of loose ends to tidy up but it doesn't change the outcome | robbothered
22/6/2026 23:30:37 | Rob, where did you get that info from ? Or is is supposition ?Listed companies are legally obliged to inform the market of any event that would impact financial performance. So no news is good news | hatfullofsky
15/6/2026 17:41:26 | Not speculated Superbobo, they no longer represent Landsec or their centres. Can only guess why this hasn't been released as an RNS | robbothered
15/6/2026 12:08:02 | the contract with Land Sec was signed in April 2021 for 5 years. I suspect these things are negotiated 3-6months in advance. For a small company like SAL, this contract termination would require an RNS in my view. So given that I haven't seen any news, I am a bit surprised that this is being speculated. | superbobo
12/6/2026 14:55:48 | 1762 - robbothered
loss of LandSec ? Could you elaborate please ? | hatfullofsky
12/6/2026 09:20:57 | Not seen any release from SAL regarding loss of LandSec who was a big client, wonder how this will effect revenue? | robbothered
11/6/2026 22:25:06 | Incredible how friendless well run small cap companies are atm
never seen such a bear market for them in 25 years of internet trading.
look at Aeo today barely any interest on that news
and then loss making garbage goes and does 100-500% on hype
just seem impossible atm, you buy and the next 5 people all sell against you. | dave4545
11/6/2026 18:14:16 | Well I'm buying, automation means higher margins. Expansion across Germany more staycations could all bode well | hatfullofsky
01/6/2026 07:12:05 | Fantastic to see the directors exercise options on mass. Not big numbers but nice to see and I hope this is the future direction of travel. | hatfullofsky
20/5/2026 23:27:00 | That other creditors increase YoY and such a large number worries me. They are in the position to pull the rug under shareholders anytime.
Then there is the admission that last year's H1 was driven by (1) one major client, Samsung. (2) vaping product marketing. The former, looks like not repeating this year. The latter, looks like gone as there's the Tobacco and Vapes Bill that tightened marketing from middle of last year. Probably loads of vaping brands rushing to spend marketing money before the door shut.
So H1 this year will probably disappoint. And they have been clear to flag up in the results AND in the IMC of "external factors", so I think they know Q2 is going to be weak. Avoidance of ANY confirmation of meeting expectations for the FY.
This will have further to fall, as the H1 profits will look very bad... seasonally the worst half, AND a tough comparison vs YoY. | boonkoh
02/5/2026 17:43:04 | hatfullofsky - that may explain why I put a question mark after my sentence. | roleybirkin
02/5/2026 16:38:52 | I would expect there not being a dividend is because they are not able to until there are distributable profits.
They will have to work their way through accumulated losses of £1,374,000 before they can even consider it. | james_folly
01/5/2026 15:36:59 | 700 is a downgrade on the 750 in recent comms. Did they give a reason | hatfullofsky

01/5/2026 14:34:04 | Based on today's presentation, I struggle to see how the company is valued at just... £3,261,979...
Forecast £9m revenue Profit around £700,000 expected? | roleybirkin
01/5/2026 14:28:28 | Good Q&A on today's InvestorMeet...
"There has been a seller in the market but once they have cleared we should see the share price normalise" | roleybirkin
29/4/2026 13:13:47 | Not sure the statement "no dividend anytime soon" helped the sentiment?
I also feel the company could have been more ambitious with the 2026 forecast but a base at £9m is okay but would have been nice to have seen a higher number.
In the end, this is an AIM/Aquis listed stock and a decent sized seller today shows how volatile a share price can be...
Now a valuation of £3.3m suggests the shares are significantly undervalued (in my opinion only) but if a seller has more to go then the share price may fall a little further. | roleybirkin
29/4/2026 08:35:14 | Terrible statement, what on earth are they thinking, a 5p divi costs GBP 100k | hatfullofsky
29/4/2026 08:26:50 | "no dividend anytime soon." | rolo7

24/4/2026 10:20:18 | Results this week, I expect a bounce back to 250 min | hatfullofsky
27/3/2026 15:44:34 | Small sells taking the price down, why sell now when in 4 weeks they'll announce finals and a massive cash pile | hatfullofsky
17/2/2026 23:17:26 | Cash at HY was 750k so that's £850k increase in H2 !!! | hatfullofsky
16/2/2026 17:51:46 | Small revenue miss but massive cash increase, I had estimated £1m the reported £1.6m !!!! | hatfullofsky
16/2/2026 14:50:19 | Might of been a revenue miss by 200k£ v forecasts. Still harsh being down though | rolo7
