I do not think RTC supply any workers to build trains for Alstom or anyone else. The contracts they have are to supply maintenance workers for the tracks and routes that the trains are running on so I do not see this affecting them.

will the potential pull out / reduction by Alstom in Derby have an effect?

The spread is ridiculous however recent price action is wonderful.

Good to see lots of trades but they really should tighten that spread as it just puts investors off even though you can trade well inside.

I have a decent holding but want the best for my investments and certainly not to be taken over at a low price compared to what I think can be achieved.

Low prices attract bids and we have seen lots recently in the market

I think two or three smaller company institutional investors or family wealth funds would be the best buyers. We are small but the growth is there to be seen.

David, I agree with you. You are obviously not talking the price down, so I guess you are not buying? Enough already? I would buy more but shares usually come back after results. I would like to see the Directors, Pendlebury and Dye, buy the shares from the Douie family.

With a £200m order book and able to fund their own growth there is no reason why earnings cannot grow substantially from here. However with the late chairman's holding of 19% potentially available I do wonder whether a predator will see that as an opportunity to take those gains earlier.

I have been a shareholder for 14 years and in here for the long term. I think eps of 15p is possible this year and the company will then be on a much better growth rating and double this share price. I am clearly biased but that is very possible.

AIM shares are bad enough; no following and bargain price. This share is under £15m so I doubt if it is even followed by the IHT mitigation funds. If the market cap was just a bit higher at £50m there would be huge interest.

Having a look here, but at a loss as to why the market cap is so low- this looks like the beginning of a classic dividend paying Zulu stock! Is there much debt here?

They are still cracking good value with such a huge order book and spread of divisions all performing well.

It was a nice touch to mention the late chairman and he would certainly of been proud today but his large holding may now be up in the air if a big bid were to come along and on such a low rating it will be on a few p/e and trade buyer radars.

I think the p/e is only 7 and yield approaching 7% as full dividend 5.5p with an increased interim dividend likely next time too.

That order book is huge at £200m

On a historic PE of 8 and yield of 6.5% these are good value at 87p. So hope I'm not being greedy I bought more today.

Let's hope the EPS results are 10p or above and a positive outlook. The MM has moved to a big spread to discourage trade until the results.

The price does not usually move up with sellers about though. Results are in two weeks so that will give a better view of where the company is heading. I would also like to hear what is happening about additions to the board.

I'm not sure they were all buys. There is a seller and they are happy to sell in the quantity of shares bought.

That is three times within a week that an investor or stake builder has paid 2p over the odds to buy large amounts of stock and amassed about 110k if all the same buyer.
