(NYSE:SOA) today announced that it has filed a Registration Statement on Form S-3 to comply with its obligation to register shares of common stock owned by Harbinger Capital Partners Master Fund I, Ltd. (the "Master Fund") and Harbinger Capital Partners Special Situations Fund, L.P. (the "Special Fund", and together with the Master Fund, the "HCP Funds") pursuant to a Registration Rights Agreement that the Company entered into with HCP Funds on June 18, 2009. In conjunction with the filing of Form S-3, the Company also filed today a Current Report on Form 8-K.
