At the meeting of holders of subordinated unsecured loan notes ('Loan Notes') in
The Market Age Plc (the "Company") held yesterday evening, the proposal to waive
the interest payment due on 28 March 2003, all outstanding interest accrued and
to cancel the current Loan Notes in exchange for a cash payment of 10 pence for
every #1.00 of Loan Notes held, was accepted by the Loan Note holders.



The Board is continuing with its discussions with a third party to restructure
the Group.  The Board will keep shareholders informed of further developments.
