Limited, UK Administration Agent to Second Advance Value Realisation Company
Limited, that, conditional upon the listing on the London Stock Exchange on 25
April 2003 of Second Advance Value Realisation Company Limited, that company has
acquired an interest in 7,812,261 ordinary shares of 25p each in Chloride, being
3.15% of the issued ordinary share capital of Chloride.
