  National Rollout Planned for New Tequila; Distribution Greatly Increases for
                                 Wine Portfolio

FRANKLIN, Tenn. - December 7, 2005 - Blavod Extreme Spirits (BES) announced
today that its introduction of El Diamante del Cielo Tequila in the United
States, throughout Miami, Florida and Chicago, Illinois, is proceeding
successfully.  BES has worked with its distributors to achieve over 300
placements.

In Chicago those placements include a dedicated "Diamond Margarita" menu and
"Tequila Tuesdays" at the Mini Bar, both at award winning El Jardin and bar
placement at the famous Roscoe's.

In Miami, El Diamante del Cielo will be featured in a Pomegranate Martini at
Cabanas and Sol Kitchen in Delray Beach.  Chevy's Mexican, a major chain
restaurant in the United States, will feature only Cielo in its Margarita for
the month of January in Miami.  Treasure Beach Club and Island Dogs, in Key
West, will feature a Cielo cocktail on their menus beginning in January.

Blavod Extreme Spirits is working with its distributor partners to expand
distribution throughout the entire US.  BES signed Glazers of Louisiana to
distribute the tequila in the state of Louisiana, Southern Wine and Spirits in
California, McClaskey Wine and Spirits in Oregon and Odom in Alaska.

Blavod Extreme's core brands, Blavod Black Vodka and the Players Extreme line of
vodka and rums, also have increased distribution.  Players Extreme will feature
its Ultra vodka at Emilio's in California, its Caramel Vodka at Winking Lizard
Bar and Grill in Ohio and its Banana Rum in 73 state stores in New Hampshire.
Blavod Black Vodka will be distributed in 100 of the State of Oregon's state
stores, at the Coyote Ugly Saloon in Denver, Colorado and at the Halekulani
Hotel in Waikiki, Hawaii.  The Halekulani's Black Pearl cocktail, featuring
Blavod, was recently highlighted in Air Canada's inflight magazine.

BES' wine portfolio has greatly increased its reach across the United States.
Multiple distributors have increased their depth in the BES wine portfolio,
including Paramount in New York City, Union Beverage of Illinois, Glazers in
Louisiana and Ohio, Southern Wine and Spirits in Colorado, Capitol Hustings of
Wisconsin and Bellboy in Minnesota.

The wine portfolio is gaining distribution throughout on and off premise
accounts in the US, including:

-    Chicago area - Sam's restaurants, Convito Italiano restaurant, Wine
     Merchants
-    Minneapolis, Minnesota - Figlio restaurant, Edina store
-    Columbus, Ohio - Spagio Cellars, Abracci restaurant
