Disposal of Property



Gaskell PLC announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Gaskell Contracts
Limited, has completed the sale of its surplus long leasehold office property at
Hampton, Middlesex to Balbus Limited for a cash consideration, including
fixtures, of #430,000.  As at 31 December 2003 the net book value of the
property was #172,000, resulting in a profit, after deduction of costs of
approximately #20,000, of #238,000.  The proceeds of the disposal will provide
part of the funding for the restructuring announced in December 2003.
