                            Appointment of Director

The Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Clark Ray ACA as
Finance Director of Spring Grove with effect from 5 January 2004.

Clark Wilfed Ray, aged 47, qualified as a chartered accountant with Grant
Thornton in 1984 and has since been involved as a director in the finance and
administration function of a number of companies including International
Business Communications (Holdings) plc and Baker & McKenzie.  Over the previous
five years, he has been a director of Sevan Leisure Holdings plc.

No further information falls to be disclosed under the AIM Rules.
