The Board of The Market Age plc announce that Alistair Mackintosh has stepped
down from the board with effect from 5 December 2003.

The board would like to thanks Alistair for his valued contribution as a
director over three years.   Following this change, the board comprises three
executive directors and two independent directors.  The board intends to appoint
a third independent director in due course.
